Our property is on a quiet scenic country section, just under 2 km from state highway 1; close to all Christchurch has to offer, just far enough away for you to escape the hustle & bustle, and unwind in our tranquil paradise. All rooms include a complimentary light continental b-fast consisting of muesli/yoghurt/Toast/spreads/tea/coffee/milk.
Local amenities in nearby Templeton include a petrol station, butcher and cookie factory. Hornby is the closest nearby diverse shopping suburb, approx 6km away, providing you with all you could need in the way of supermarkets, banks, Shopping Centres.
The Golden Mile Tavern at the far end of the road we are located on serves great meals at reasonable prices.
We aim to make your stay what you would like it to be. We are available for advice on local attractions. Public transport is available within walking distance.
Collection and return is available to and from the airport by arrangement for $30 each way (between 10pm and 6am $40)

We are 5 minutes from the start of the motorway to the city. which makes for a quick trip to the central city.
Local amenities in Templeton include a petrol station, butcher and cookie factory and are less than 3km from the house.
Hornby is about 6km away and provides all you could need in the way of supermarkets, banks, coffee shop among other things.
The Golden Mile Tavern at Templeton serves good food at reasonable prices.
Also in Templeton is a golf driving and archery range.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
