Welcome to our home. New in 2011 after a fire destroyed our original farm homestead. Bruce and I decided to purpose build to allow us to host guests. The property is situated 3km from the town center on a hill overlooking town.
We are animal lovers and you are welcome to bring your pet with you - but please let us know so we can provide well for him too.
We have 3 Bedrooms:
ROOM 1 ; en-suite room, queen bed, private entry and patio. Shares guest lounge with 2 other rooms.
ROOM 2. Superking bed, TV. Share a bathroom with room 3. Seperate shared guest lounge with free tea/coffee facilities and a bar fridge.
ROOM 3. Queen bed, TV . Rollaway single available on request, suits up 2 80kg. Seperate shared guest lounge with free tea/coffee facilities and a bar fridge.
Available either individually or contact me for a sole occupancy rate.
Our property now features an outdoor house bar and large deck with view over town and beyond. Our function room is available for hire for a gathering of up to 60 and we can offer various catering options.

The heart of Southland, an hour or less from Invercargill and the start of the southern scenic route. Central Otago, Queesntown, Te Anau and Dunedin are all within 2 hours drive.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
