Debbie and Masa run their farm and homestay with great enthusiasm and offer comfortable accommodation and provide extensive information about their farm which is full of wonderful plants and trees.
Breakfasts were great as there were fresh fruits in the fridge and the evening meals were also delicious. Debbie is a very caring host and sensitive to your needs. She provided us with suitable and above all healthy food as I used to be a diabetic.
Our exploration of New Zealand could not have started with a better homestay experience and we were very happy that we have chosen their home for our stay in Pakaraka which is an ideal starting point for many explorations into the most beautiful area. Thank you Debbie and Masa for the wonderful time we had with you during our three days which were too short and passed much too quickly. We should have stayed much longer! Pakaraka, a tiny village with a most beautiful church just opposite Debie’s and Masa’ s home is a perfect place for relaxation.
We had a lovely stay in great surroundings and appreciated the welcome and kindness of our hosts. Would highly recommend!
Ottimo soggiorno. Peccato essere rimasti così poco tempo.
Very friendly and helpful hosts!
It was the most wonderful stay at Debbie and Mesa. A wonderful house, a great and spacious appartment with everything you need. It's the best place to explore the whole northern district. A calm and peaceful place. If you want to have contact you are totally welcome, If not you have your privacy. But the best of all are Debbie and Mesa. Two warmhearted and brillant persons who make your stay interesting and as well very comfortable. Thank you both for the great days with you.
It was a nice, quiet and very tidy place. Debbie's family is very friendly, as well as her serious dog.

Sehr nette Gastfamilie, große eigene Wohneinheit haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
a wonderful place. Our hosts were extremely friendly and generous. We will tell our friends.
Very nice, large and comfy unit apart from Debbie's place, but in same House.
Very conveniently placed near Paihia Beach and Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
We stayed only one night, so unfortunately no real time to discuss!
Awesome. A lovely relaxed atmosphere, with very kind, generous hosts. We would certainly go back.
