This is a tranquil mount based home which is open for short term stays.
This house is situated 5 minutes walking distance to the local Mount shops, the main beach and all the bars & cafe's. If you're lucky you will see the top decks of the cruise ships when they come into the port and you'll see the sun setting in the west.
Guests must take care of their own lunch and dinners, which is easy as there are plenty of restaurants just a 5 min walk away. Unfortunately due to the kitchen being small it is preferred the guests do not cook, however it is OK to heat things in the microwave if guests want to.
Tea and coffee is included in the nightly rate.
Check in is between 2-10pm and check out is at 10am on the day of departure.
It's the perfect location to get some peace and quiet and enjoy a cosy home! Free street parking available on Miro & Puriri Streets.
Bedding and a towel for each person will be provided. Security bond of $1,000 will be required to cover any potential breakages/damage. This bond will be given back to you in cash (or bank transfer) on departure providing there have been no issues.
A laundromat is located within 10 minutes walking distance which is easy for guests to use. Directions can be given to guests upon arrival.
Guests will be required to clean up after themselves and leave the property as they found it.
Please note the property is in a quiet village so guests must be able to respect other residents who live here.
No parties or additional guests without prior consent. The owner lives in the house too. Thanks :)

This home is located in the middle of Mount Maunganui, 400 metres to local restaurants and bars, 600 metres to the beach, and 150 metres to the closest cafe Octopus Garden Cafe! The Tauranga Airport is 5km away and bayfair mall is 4km away.

House Rules
Please note house rules include the following; No parties, drugs, pets or additional guests without prior approval. Quiet hours are between 10:30pm to 7:30am. If you wish to heat up food in the microwave that is ok if you clean up immediately after yourself and do not leave dirty dishes on the bench. There are plenty of things to do in Mount Maunganui and places to eat locally too. I am happy to give you advice if needed!

I would highly recommend Sally, she was so welcoming and friendly, it was mine and my friends first time at mt maunganui and her location was perfect for my music festival we were attending, she is very easy to communicate with and super nice, would definitely stay here again and I have already started recommending her to my friends and family , thanks again Sally for making our first experience in the mount so enjoyable

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
