Large family home near the beach and CBD Tauranga New Zealand. Bus stops, supermarket, bar,takeaways etc are close and central Tauranga can be walked to in 20 minutes. Beautiful Mount Maunganui is a short drive. There is a good selection of cafes,bars and restaurants in either Tauranga or Mount Maunganui. We over look Otumoetai Golf course which is lovely to see while sitting on the big deck enjoying a beverage. The house is old but lived in. There are 4 rooms upstairs a large kitchen, shared bath room, dining room and lounge all the amenties are clean and tidy. I have two rooms to offer. A huge deck and back yard. I love to cook so am happy to supply meals if so required. I have house trained pets who love visitors so best u like animals. I'm happy to pick and drop off at airport or bus stop depending on times and my schedule.

About the Area
Our house is located close to bus stops are a 2 mintue walk from home. 20 mintutes walk gets you into the CBD Tauranga. A 15 minute drive from the airport maximime. There are a lot of beautiful harbour view walks close. Beautiful beaches are 20 minute easy drive.

I had a lovely stay with Marcia and family. I felt like a member of the family. I didn't have to do anything and the meals were really lovely. Thank you so much for making my stay feel like a home away from home

It was a wonderful stay with Marcia & Larry. They have a very nice house with lots of personal touches done by Marcia. The place also has very good location, it is 2 minute walk to the Bureta Countdown, good Indian restaurant and few other takeaway options. It is also near pharmacy and Bureta doctors. The nice beach is 5 minute walk, that is not the main beach in mount Manganui but the beach is nice, water is shallow so that you can soak your feet and walk for a while in the water. Everything is perfect. The house has a nice front yard and garden. Marcia is so hospitable and helpful. Thanks so much Marcia for making us have a great vacation. Hope to see you in Wellington.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
