We are a family of 5. I am a kiwi and my wife is Colombian.
We have 3 beautiful well behaved kids.
We aim to provide a true kiwi environment catering to our guests in every possible way to help them experience the beautiful kiwi lifestyle we are lucky enough to live.
We have a beautiful scenic urban property set in native bush overlooking and backing onto a estuary waterway inlet(kayaks freely available)
We have a spa on huge deck set in the trees.
We have a large bbq area with a large outdoor fireplace and pizza oven which we use daily.
We encourage our guests to spend time with us on the outdoor living.

About the Area
We are close to the henderson unitecs and the albany universities.
There are many buses that stop right outide our home that go directly on toute to all unitecs and universities.
We will be able to give lifts occasionally when it suits us and convenient for us and our guests.

Nice stay with Jonathon, Diana and their 3 childrens ! We spent 4 days with this family and it was like at home. They have a dog that is as big as nice. Diana bring me to the beach. Very nice moment !!
The house is a little bit far from Auckland center (almost 1h per bus) but it's a quiet place and you can use Kayak !). You can also take the ferry to join Auckland. It's faster but closed during the week-end...

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
