Our house is located only 200m from the lakefront, town centre and cafes and restaurants. Best possible location to park up and walk wherever you need to so save on petrol and travel costs.

We hope you do enjoy your stay and if there are any questions please let me know.
It is important you feel relaxed and comfortable to enjoy your stay. It would be much appreciated if you respect noise levels at night please.
Check in: normally 3:00pm but is flexible.
Check Out: 10:00am but again can be flexible so just ask.
Toiletries: There are towels provided and some shower amenities for your convenience.
WanaHaka Tours: We also offer 1 day Wine Trail tours for an exceptional price to see some of the local wineries in Cromwell. Please feel free to ask for more information.
Also, WanaHaka Cycle Tours can be done by us at Inspire as well. Please feel free to ask for more information
Shops: The location is only about 100m from the nearest and only Supermarket in Wanaka- New World.
No Smoking is allowed
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
50% deposit via Paypal (account provided on confirmation) to secure booking. The final 50% payment to confirm can be made up to 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
Strict policy: 50% refund(less fees) up until 2 weeks prior to arrival if cancelled. If cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival there is a forfeit of the total booking cost.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you're charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in.

The location is pretty good.

It was a unforgetable stay in the house of a lovely couple. The greating with a traditionally hongi was an interesting experience. The host gave answers to every question we had. We will come back as soon as possible.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
