We have a nice comfortable modern house. We have two spacious double sized rooms downstairs and a spacious bathroom with a separate toilet for your use. We also have unlimited broadband internet connection. We are in between two bus routes that go to the city. We are close to the shops in Johnsonville or Churton Park. We are a professional couple with two children ages 15 and 10. We are in a safe neighbourhood. Pet free and smoke free. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions. Thanks

very cosy room and warm family. I really enjoyed the stay.

A friendly family who offered great hospitality. The bed was comfortable and it was good to have my own bathroom. Breakfast was set out each morning. Internet access was included and worked well. One thing I really noticed was the wind whistling around the house which was mainly due to the stormy weather while I was there but also the suburb is up quite high on the hills and is exposed to the elements.

Very nice tidy clean home and very hospitable family. Advertising on the Internet a bit misleading as far as cost went but addressed that with owner.

It's a really nice family.Rumia and I feel very comfortable and relax in their house.Two lovely boys and really good view around the house.Although a little far from the city ,you can take the bus 54 53 52 to get there.If you want to have a lovely holiday and meet really friendly people.I definitely recommend pep's house .Thank you ~They prepare breakfast and everything.Just enjoy~

Great hosts, very friendly family, we feel like at home. Clean rooms, separate bathroom, toilet, able to cook, wash clothes. Not very far from Johnsonville, few minutes walk to bus station to city.
We can enjoy unlimited internet and watch TV with the family. Hosts provide breakfast and offered us great helps. I'm so glad I chosed this homestay family, recommend to all people who is looking for some place to live.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
