Baltit Homestay is located in heart of Karimabad with stunning view of famous mountains of Hunza, Gilgit Baltistan. Owned by me and my family, we are presenting you a fully furnished Rooms. Which feel like at home.
In price of any other hotel standard room you will get the deluxe room, which is equipped with 32” LCD with independent satellite HD receivers. King size bed with Sofa cum bed . Self-contained bathroom, private entrance to your room.

House Rules
Dear Guests,
Welcome to Baltit Homestay & Campsite, your host in Hunza valley. We will strive to provide our best services during your stay. In order to have good and family environment we have some rules to follow.
• Payment for the entire stay should be paid in advance, in case of cancellation of any paid night, 50% will be deducted
• Guests are fully responsible for baggage loading/ unloading. Restaurants number will be provided for any food order and guests have to pay directly. You can find cold / hot drink items in local market, which is 2 min walk
• Please take off your shoes while you are inside the guesthouses. This is just because of local culture we have, and it gives the feeling of being at home. Guesthouse is fully carpeted
• Consumption of alcoholic beverages and any illegal drugs taking is strictly prohibited in Guesthouse
• Loud music and noise in Guesthouse is not allowed
• Cooking inside rooms is not allowed, However Garden space can be used for it
• Trash bins are install in Rooms please don’t throw the trash/garbage to Garden
• Please don’t waste tap water in washrooms which may cause the shortage
• Using heavy electric equipment, like iron etc. are not allowed during provision of Generator light.
• Staring outside of Guesthouse in surrounding of local residential area is sickly prohibited.
• Any significant wear and tear to property will be recovered
• For early or late checkouts please inform timely to avoid any inconvenience

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
