Quite, clean, 2 bdrm. apart., 1.5 bathroom, full kitchen, T.V area, Salon, terrace, Grd flr, washing machine, about 7 min walking distance to the heart of downtown, supermarket, gas stations, clinic, bakery, fruits & vegetable market, public transportation, fast food, coffee shops, all within 5 min walking distance. Cigarette smoke allowed only outside on the terrace. Alcohol is permitted for responsible drinker ONLY inside the apartment
About me, i am a single dude, living alone in my own private apartment. The entire building and the surrounding neighbor hood and part of the surrounding mountains are actually owned by my family. I am an engineer, most of my work is computer based either from home or office, any where i can get connected to the internet but sometimes i do get called in for site inspections, approvals and meetings . I travel extensively around the globe, so when i do get home, i simply want to relax and keep it at a low profile. I am very picky when it comes to privacy and i like to have my own place. However, i enjoying helping others when needed, and i enjoy having a nice chitchat with my friends and guests. evening wise, a cup of coffee or tea out on the terrace along with my hookah is something i enjoy. Planning on adopting a new puppy in the near future but again, that would be a huge responsibility especially being alone and not sure whether i will come back home THIS night or not, depending on work and social events. I enjoy cooking when time permits. I am pretty much easy going and laid back in general. My grand ma lives close by and she is a cool person, would loves to invite guests and loves to make Arabian dishes. My fridge always has fresh items so feel free to grab what ever you find, cheese, eggs, yogurt, salami, tuna, Mayo, Milk, Bread, fruits, veggies. From my part experience with hosting, people tend to like different things and come from different diets, some are allergic to milk others are vegans, or only veggies, or allergic to peanut butter or cheese or etc.... that's why help your self and see what is the most comfortable breakfast meal that suits you. its all in the fridge.
Please of turkish coffee, earl grey/green/regular tea in the cupboards along with herbal drinks for those who like that, sugar, sweet and low, feel free to use all with no extra charge.

About the Area
love my place for 1 thing. Easy access to public transportation or within walking distance to the heart of Nablus. Plenty of supermarkets, food, fresh veggies and fruits, meat market, gas stations, clinics, ATMS, bakery, tons of other stuff all within 3 to 5 min walking or simply 2.5 NIS & taxi will drop you off right in the middle of the circle "down town". In addition to the buses that picks up guest wanting to head to other cities such as Ramallah, etc... every thing passes near by. U are only 1 min walking distance to the main street "Faisal street".

Payment Method: Please note that I require my guests to pay 50% of the booking total to me in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com) via my verified Paypal account. My email address with Paypal is ***CONTACT INFO***. The remaining 50% will be cash at time of check in.
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”
My apartment is inside a family owned building/ Area, so must keep a low profile since all my family members live around or above my apartment. Smoking is only allowed outside. Keep noise down since this is a family oriented neighbor hood and always clean after your self. Don't make the place like a jungle. The only smoke I would allowed inside the property will be "Sheesha/Argeleh" Arabian water pipe. I should have enough supplies to keep me self alive and probably you too ;-) But if you plan on staying for a long period have your own supplies. You can use what ever you want in the kitchen, plates, folks, spoons, Oven, Glasses, etc....

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
