The department is in front of the Pre-Lima and is ideal for exchange students of the University of Lima. You can take the free bus that goes from the Pre to the University. It is close to main avenues.
I live with my 3 year old son, we have good habits, we are kind, cheerful and educated.
We live on the 4th floor of the building, we have all the services: internet, cable, landline, hot water, laundry. Our guest can have full access to the kitchen and other services.

About the Area
The apartment is located two blocks from La Molina, in front of Pre Lima (from where buses leave for the University of Lima), very close to bus stops, 20 minutes from University of Lima, 15 minutes from San Ignacio University Loyola, San Martín de Porres.
20 minutes from shopping centers such as Jockey Plaza.

House Rules
Parties or alcohol or drug abuse are not allowed, they can bring guests for a quiet meeting after coordination. It is not allowed for the couple to sleep. Noisy noise is not allowed during the night.
At home there is a beautiful little boy, nice and cheerful. We also have a very calm and educated sterilized cat. We are atheists and very respectful of the beliefs of others and we expect the same towards us.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
