Liliana and Hoobert Bellavista-Callao live 10 minutes from the airport in Lima, with her two children, Marcelo and Fernando. The house is three floors, is located in a residential area and is very central to the various tourist and entertainment places, close to beaches, museums and the zoo. The house has 5 bedrooms, the first floor has a large living room and a patio kitchen and three bathrooms. We have a room with private bathroom on the third floor and a balcony. Liliana is at home all day and serves traditional Peruvian food, medical Hoobert is, so you have a medical home. Liliana works in a travel agency and tour packages, so you can help if you want to do tours and meet our beautiful country and its Wonder-Macchu Picchu (Cusco) We have WI-FI FREE and comfortable rooms. Service housekeeping and maintenance.

Our house is situated in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the airport in a suburb called San Jose, has many parks and shopping centers close by, we have two main streets where you can take bus or taxi to the center of Lima and all tourist attractions We are close to beaches.

The use of all areas of the house are allowed, but keep them clean and tidy. Keep safe and always locked house. Do not invite strangers home, if you invite someone prior communication with me. Enjoy your stay and our home is as you would with your own.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
