I live in an urbanization 15 minutes from the city center, with my family, which consists of my husband, my two little children of 1 and 4 years old and my parents.
The house is located on a main and safe avenue, half a block to the right there is a nice park for jogging or simply relax and on the left is one of the main avenues from where you can take almost any existing bus in the city .
The house is of three floors has 8 rooms, 2 double, one double and the other 5 simple, all very comfortable and well furnished. On the first floor there is a well ventilated and open kitchen, the dining room are on the first floor and are very comfortable if you want to spend time there, separate environments each with TV, there is also a garage which is more like a hall The house is spacious, and very open, has a terrace where the laundry is. And where sometimes we organize family lunches and grills.

There is no better way to learn a foreign language to practice it in everyday situations. Your host family offers classes in their native language Spanish. One hour class costs 7.00 PEN. The class will be given by the host at the accommodation. The room rate includes the following services: internet services at additional cost (paid directly to the host upon arrival): Regular Housekeeping: 3,00 EUR per day Transfer: Food 3.00 PEN round 2 .00 EUR per person per night Dinner: 2,00 EUR per person per night uo Collection by the washer 1.50 EUR per load

About the Area
The house is located 10 minutes from the city center by taxi, by bus it will take you about 20 to 30 minutes, 250 meters to the main avenue, you can find super markets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, laundries, internet booths, pastries, cafes, etc.
The street is very safe, next to the house there is a hotel type accommodation.
It is a well known area so you will not have problems with the location and with taxis.

House Rules
The house has internet, and paid a ridiculous price for the service. Washing is not allowed inside the house, we have a laundry within half a block. Strangers are not allowed at home and even more that can enter the rooms. Guests who want to bring us must be previously communicated. In case of absence for dinner and / or lunch if you're boarding with us we ordered communicate your absence. The water in the jugs of cooking is always to use inside the house, not allowed to fill bottles.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
