I live in the modern area of Cusco, in a 5-story building, on the second floor, the apartment has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, hot water 24 hours, cable TV, wifi and a patio.
I am working on my accommodation and organizing tours for Cusco.
Normally all my work I do from home, so I will always find it.
I love movies, music and good food, so we can share all this together.
I have no children, but if a large heart to receive help them adapt to this city.

About the Area
the apartment is located 3 blocks from one of the main avenues of the city, where you can find many bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and the mall Plaza Real in Cusco (it is 10 blocks), where accounts with cinemas, shops, fast food and lots of fun. Also various buses bound for the city center. A 3 blocks from the house you also find mini markets where you can buy all your cleaning items and other food and access from the house to the historic city center is very simple. A 50 m. of the house you can take the express bus called Zorro leaves you in the center, the ticket cost is S /. 0.70 cents of new sun, the delay to reach the center is 20 minutes and the bus every 5 minutes

You can not smoke indoors, there is a patio where you can.
You have to keep the safe house, lock the door when you arrive.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
