My small apartment is part of a big colonial house, it's nice and quiet, a cousin and an aunt and her family live also in this house. We're very lucky living in this nice place as a family.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 2 km. from the main square and only 15 min. drive from the airport. The bus stpo is only 1 minute from the house and there are many options using this stop.

House Rules
Before vacating the mini apartment please leave the kitchen clean and all things in their place as they have been delivered.
Do not use the kettle, kitchen or wash machine when taking a shower.
Do not touch the electric lever of the shower, it must always remain up.
At the moment of the Reservation please pay the 50 % to the host.

Jackelines apartment is great value for money. The apartment was very clean and it was great having access to a kitchen and laundry. It is close to San Pedro market which is also fantastic. Jackeline was respectful and checked in on me occasionly. I would recommend this homestay.

Jackeline ist eine liebenswuerdige und hilfsbereite Person welche gerne mit guten Tips und Vorschlaegen weiterhilft. Das Apartment ist sehr gemuetlich eingerichtet, sauber und verfuegt ueber mehr als auseichenden Wohnraum. Ein idealer Ort fuer Paare oder Einzelpersonen die auch besonderen Wert auf naechtliche Ruhe legen. Alle wichtigen Punkte in der Altstadt sind leicht zu Fuss erreichbar. Hier wuerde ich auch ganz sicher wieder buchen.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
