Monica lives in the east side of the city of Lima in the beautiful warm LA MOLOINA district, surrounded by greenery, with their two children Yomo (20) and Giancarlo (17). It's beautiful home is located in the urbanization santa patricia, residential area, safe and low traffic, no guardianship, monitoring all day. The house is built with fine finishes has three levels well distributed. It has 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 full baths, hot water outside the rooms. Fitted kitchen; in the laundry area is no washer and dryer. has a living room outdoors with cozy furniture. Monica is a teacher by profession, and is now dedicated to home and host visitors. His hobbies include sports, gymnastics and many outdoor activities. Yomo is a student of human medicine, after school does many activities, his hobby is sport, fitness and scientific research programs, music.Giancarlo is the naval cadet school and is home Saturday and Sunday; his hobby is playing saxophone and is fond of reading fiction epic, I really like swimming, surfing, music.

About the Area
Monica's house is located in a beautiful residential district where most homes are unifmiliar, wide streets and avenues with many green areas being considered as eco-city district. We are very close to exclusive social clubs like Rinconada Country Club and Country Club Plain. There are also major universities like the Universidad Agraria La Molina, San Ignacio de Loyola Unversity, San Martin de Porres University. We are 30 km. approx. the city center and 30 minutes drive to the international airport. Access to transport is very close to 40 meters and there are several bus lines throughout the city. Near the house there are cafes, gourmet restaurants by renowned chef Gaston, there are supermarket, pharmacy and health center.

House Rules
Smoking indoors is not allowed; however there is a fence in the front yard where it is allowed to do so. Please keep our house safe: closes the front door with double back using the key; both when you enter and when you leave the house after 10 pm. Please do not manipulate the therma hot water. Ere free to use the microwave, kitchen appliances but clean after use. Please reduce noise to a minimum last 11.00 pm. Please enjoy your stay and feel at home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
