There are seven family members: My Dad Walter, Cecilia My Mum, my brothers Walter, Renzo and Franco, my sister and me Karina Jamily. We are a bilingual, modern, independent and family, who are always prepared to travel around the world and inside the country. We want to host students from every part of the world. We enjoy arts, sports, movies, family and friends Reunions, where we sing and dance a lot, walk a lot, soccer every weekend, and drive out of Lima and inside our home We Consider as a caring and very cozy place to stay, we take good care of our guests, we respect everyone and we hope to receive the same respect back. We like to take good care of our house. The War's family is really looking forward to meeting you! You will enjoy your time with us!

About the Area
Our neighborhood is really nice and quiet. We live in La Molina at the limit with Groove, our street is really close to the clinics: Santa Lucia, San Borja, International and Santa Isabel. The location is preferential, it is really easy to move around info we have everything really close to us, I mean, banks, super-markets, gas station, pharmacies, stores, restaurants, etc. are 5 blocks away of our house. We are 3 blocks away from Alameda del Corregidor Avenue, que it connects it to Javier Prado avenue. Also, we are close to the university USIL. We have a big house, it's a 3 floored house, nice kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 garage, medium yards, pool, grill area, laundry room, 5 full bathrooms and 3 guest bathrooms in general. In the second floor, info we have 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms and study room. Our guest house (it's Within My main house) has a nice living room, a dining room, a laundry room, a guest bathroom, in the first floor.In the second floor, we have 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. All basic services are included like internet, electricity and hot water. You can join to us for any activities we do. You are more than welcome. Our House is your house, there are definitely some rules, like do not smoke inside the house but you can do it in the yards. I guess that's all.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
