You will have a private room with bathroom in a relaxed, newly refurbished apartment. You will also be welcome to share our kitchen, living room and balcony/terrace area whenever you feel like it. We are a young couple both 34 years old, with a cute 18 month old baby girl and 5 YO beagle dog!
I am an independent architect and interior designer from Lima, and my boyfriend is a carpenter/electrician from England. We met whist volunteering in a town in Peru that was destroyed after an earthquake in 2007. We enjoy socialising with friends and having guest round to party or play board games on occasion, and taking our cute dog Lola the beagle out to the park or beach.
Apart from the house rules which are pretty much just basic respect, we are very laid back and you will feel instantly comfortable here with us.

About the Area
Our apartment is in a vibrant part of Punta hermosa, in the Playa Norte area, within 2 blocks of the beach. Also there are 3 or 4 other beaches within 10 minute walks. Famous for its year long waves, our area is very popular with surfers and other water sports, especially in the summer months.
Approx 45 minutes drive or bus journey away from Lima

Meals

House Rules
The only rules we have is please don´t bring any guests to our house without permission first, Don't feed our dog anything. Ensure you lock your door, as you will have your own entrance door to the lobby. Please clean your plates and cooking utensils and areas after use.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
