My place is a nice and small modern apartment with and amazing ocean view and good common areas like pool, cinema, grilling area, gym, etc… Miraflores is just 10 minutes away by car. We are close to the airport, public transport, parks, beach, shopping malls, small stores, restaurants, banks, etc... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), or just friends.
I live here with my adopted dog friend-daughter Lima, and I will be there for anything you need. Enjoy!

About the Area
We have an incredible front view of the sea, and there is a park in front that follows the coast. Very close to the house there are grocery stores, laundries, restaurants, shopping center, etc ...
At the door of the Building (Av. La Paz) passes public transport and taxis. You can park on the facade of the building or in the park at the left front.

House Rules
You are always welcome to my home, your home, to feel good and be happy. I propose some suggestions to get along better with each other.
-The Communication is key, always try to be communicated and say the things we think or the things that bother us or tell us how we would like something out.
-You can use the facilities of the house freely but carefully and leaving things clean.
-Let's try not to make noise at night to rest well, and if you arrive late, try not to make noise.
-I live with Lima, my dog. She's cute and loving but does not get along with other animals, this is why I prefer not to bring other dogs or cats.
-I prefer not to smoke cigarettes at home, but you can do it on the balcony.
-You can use the kitchen to cook your meals but remember to leave thing clean.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
