We are 30 min. the center of Arequipa, access to public transportation with various routes, we have house noble material, 2 story, all services furnished rooms, if you want breakfast and lunch, Arthur and Frida are parents of 4 children Karla, Arturo, Sofia and Gabriela, have pets, we are traditional and very united family, we work with the NGO Volunteers Peru and individuals, from AQP you can visit the south of the country, you will be part of our family will give you the support and guidance needed for your activities.

Our house is 30 minutes from downtown Arequipa, bus stops are 3 minutes from the house, it is a quiet place, there are fluid and various public service routes, we have taxi service.

House Rules
Indicate times of your activities, for breakfast, lunch, outings and extras, Monday through Friday admission is until 10.00 pm unless coordinated exceptions, weekends if there are parties or trips advance notice and to offer an alternative of visits or outputs, cleaning rooms is weekly and personal with assistance from a family member, laundry at your disposal if hand and taking care not to overdo it with water, machine has cost; if you program a meeting or bbq should be without binge drinking and noise and with prior coordination (permission, lol), take care of things and household furnishings if malogras any'll have to replace it, you should avoid wasting water and light, select your waste for recycling, if you smoke can do so on the outside of the house as is the patio roof. Be one more in this family and consider your needs and contribute to your well-being.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
