This "GUESTHOUSE" was never build to be rented out,so the quality of the house is UNIQUE in this city! There is nothing like it. It has 82 m2 of living space. A master bedroom,an office,a full kitchen,a living room,a pantry and a large terrace with your own yard! Two SPLIT type AC's keep the house cool! Its in a very SAFE area,only 2,3 Km from the biggest mall in the region! With a car of motorcycle its about 5-7 min. The mall has everything you might need. A golf course, only minutes away is under construction. The driving range is done. Any Q you might have,please contact me! Electricity,which is the highest is ASIA is NOT included. You have 2 options. 1.) FLAT RATE- meaning that 90$ US per week, you don't have to worry about your electric bill. 2.) You only pay for what you use! The house has a separate electric meter. An average use per week is about 20-30 $ US. A 100$ separate electricity deposit is paid upon check in. Any remaining amount will be returned to you when you check out. Thank you for understanding this necessary step! Cable TV, water,gas for cooking and Internet is included!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
