Our family lives in a small up and down house in a secured subdivision in Malolos Bulacan, north of Manila. We have two grown up kids but most of the time they stay in Manila since our son work there and our daughter is attending the university. Only on weekends do they go home. Most of the time its only my brother and me staying in the house.
Our house has 4 small bedrooms a bathroom, a living room a small dining and kitchen. We also have a small store connected to the house. It is situated in a very safe village which has its own resort and hotel inside the village compound.
My family speaks very good English so there won't be any problem communicating with us. We live in a friendly neighborhood.

About the Area
Our house is located 46 kms north of Manila, about an hour by bus. It is located in a secured village. Our village has its own resort and hotel. The resort has 3 swimming pools. A wave pool, a kids pool and a lap pool. And it has a a jacuzzi and a small restaurant. Its just a few meters from our house. There are pedicabs thats inside the village and this serves as the mode of transportation inside to get you to and from the main gate. They only charge a minimal fee. To get you around the area, there are jeepneys to bring you to the mall, grocery and restaurants. Robinson's Mall is only 15 minutes away from the Village.

Always keep the gate lock when entering and leaving the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
