It's in a really nice location. It's along EDSA the main highway of Metro Manila, but the best thing about it, is that, it's in the heart of Metro Manila which is walking distance to Malls, train and other public transportation is just outside the building. Also, the rent for the room is only Php 1,500 a day.
The unit is really charming inside. It has an old design unit which has been converted into a simple, clean and cool ambiance. It's got a loft and is surrounded by a beautiful different lively colors.
Inside, the house is nice and comfortable. It has two floors. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with Computer (printer, scanner, photo copier, all in one) and a kitchen, as well as dining room and a WC. Upstairs there is a Master bedroom and a bathroom. The house is fully furnished so you don't need to worry about that, besides, I lived with my housekeeper. Our guests would be taken care of to the fullest.
I used to be a flight attendant for an International Airline so I love meeting people and learning from their cultures. I am connected to our Department of Tourism, one of their Lecturer and Ambassadress which I can help you for all the information you need in the Philippines.

About the Area
Our house is located between Ortigas and Makati in a quiet and safe suburb. We are walking distance to SM Light Mall and Robinson Pioneer.
The bus stop is outside our building and there are lots of bus and taxi options using this stop.
The area is full of trendy restaurant, bars, malls, and cafes as well as some nice boutiques.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
