I live in the village of Azinhaga. The most Portuguese village in Ribatejo. Land that saw the birth of José Saramago, Nobel Prize for Literature 1998 My village is 10 minutes drive from the village of Golegã, Capital Horse, home of the National Horse Fair, Expo Mare and where there is the Carlos Museum Grasses Heritage regarded worldwide. Lane Ribatejo dista 30 minutes drive from Santarém, the Gothic capital, where in addition to a rich heritage material there is a vast Intangible Heritage of uses Habits and Customs. We are also just minutes from the Natural Reserve of Boquilobo. The village is very well organized and equipped. our house is located in the villa quarter in a quiet and safe area, called high montijos neighborhood. It is famous for its cultural tradition which is held every four years on the fourth party Bodo (feast of the holy spirit). we are 60 minutes drive from Lisbon and the airport, 5 minutes drive from the train station.
