Solar Street Rica - field / nature / river A family with a child in a manor house renovated century. XVI in the Historic Centre of the Town of Grand Pedrogão has 7 bedrooms with private WCs and a small apartment. Outside with private parking and green space. Located near the dam of the river Cabril ZEZERE in central Portugal with mountains and river beaches to discover. To take advantage of local nature, we have to rent a little boat motor for river trips and skiaquático, Jeep TT for the hills, beyond bikes and possibility of many pedrestes tours. Chance of fun at night with movies and bars / restaurants locations.

About the Area
Our house is located in the center of Portugal, Driving around 1h and 2h of Coimbra Lisbon and Porto (largest cities of Portugal). Airports are in Lisbon or Porto. Links to the train or bus from the airport to Pedrogão Grande and the house is about a 10 min walk to the bus stop. Driving there is good access to highways and IC8. If you want to vary the field and river, we are about 45 min by car from the Atlantic coast with numerous beaches to enjoy. The house is in the town center and can move walk to the grocery store, post office, schools, services, restaurants and bars.

Meals

House Rules
Smoking inside the house is not allowed. You can smoke in outdoor spaces. Pets are not allowed inside the house. Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean it after using it! Keep noise to a minimum after midnight. Do not invite strangers to come into our house if you want to invite a friend, combine me before. Enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would treat your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
