Welcome to our apartment in Saldanha, where you can enjoy a comfortable stay with quick access to the city's historic district, just a few minutes from the iconic Praça do Marquês de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade.

Our apartment is located in one of the most notable areas of Lisbon city, very central and with great ease of access and public transport as well as excellent services and trade - the Saldanha neighborhood. The neighborhood is known for the quality of its homes and the architecture of its buildings a charming mix secular buildings and modern construction.

Very near to several Universities, such as, Catholic University of Lisbon, Universidade Nova Lisboa, Instituto Superior Técnico and Campus Cidade Universitária. This is a safe area, with several office buildings, banks, shops, cinemas, hotels, hospitals, restaurants and so on.

The Saldanha neighborhood is at the heart of Lisbon, with several Metro exits and parking lots, only a short distance and a few minutes away from the four corners of town. It's an area in wich the charm of older days goes hand by hand with the modernity and necessities of urban life.

It's the ideal location for your stay in Lisbon, short or long term stay. Here you will experience a bustling Lisbon office scene, packed with young consultants, lawyers and economists who work here; you will have top brand shopping sensations and quick meals. On the other hand, once the sun sets you will experience a dramatic change as this busy area by day becomes a quiet residential area by night.

From here you can easily get to the more bohemian and trendy areas of Lisbon, wich are the Chiado and Bairro Alto neighborhoods such as Alfama, Mouraria, São Jorge Castle and Graça, or the cultural area of Lisbon wich boasts most of its Museums. Our apartment is fantastic, super spacious, simply decorated but charming and have good areas rooms . 4th floor with no elevator.

The location is perfect. With easy access points to A2 - A5 if you have a car to visit some of the outtlying towns such as Sintra, Cascais and so on. Grocery store, Pingo Doce and Continente Supermarkets are about 3 blocks away.

You may also find very near the Metro station ENTRECAMPOS connecting you easily with trains to a places like Sintra and Cascais, as the Metro station SETE RIOS, taking you directly to the Rede Expressos long distance buses in Portugal, to places as Algarve, Porto, Alentejo and so many others cities and places.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
