Hi, Im Andreia a friendly host, that loves travel, receive and to meet new people and other cultures. Travel and photography are some of my hobbies, I work in social area, but my passion is as creating, and lost my self doing and making some kind of art and pieces.
This flat is a duplex, in the heart of the Lisbon city, in Graça. Very near by the Castelo S. Jorge (10 min walking) and the most important spot views of Lisbon. (Monte Agudo, Miradouro da Graça and Nª Srª do Monte). Very friendly neighborhood, with local mini markets, caffes, pub's and restaurants. Good transports accessibilities by bus, tram, and the nearest underground station is abou 7 mins walk. This house have a special hippie chic energy, with a relaxing zone with a big Tv, books and music. A cosy and large double room, without noise and where you will find everything you need. You have the 2º floor just for yourself, with this 2 areas and a small toilette. In the 1º floor you can share a kitchen and a living room and a one big toilette.

Andreia is a nice guest, wait for me late during the night . the place is close to the center city on 735 route. the house needs some improvements, but if you plan to sleep only is a good stay .

appartement insalubre ; douche sem tuyeauts , la baignoire bouchee et tres sale , draps sales. Adresse sem numero a la reservation exct... ..il vaut ne pas louer cet appartement , gros problemes d'igiene entre autre.

Hello Joanny, I'm very sad to hear this.
I cleaned the entire 2nd floor for you ... and prepared everything in the best way ... each towel was clean as bedding.
I'm sorry for your comment, and the other host on the first floor, who was in that house that week, did not take the best care... I do not understand why you stay one more night, if it's all so bad.
And I was a little sad that you left home without saying anything, to turn over the keys and shoot, as was agreed.
I prepare a breakfast that I leave on your second floor - loft for you and I have a gift that I can not give you because you leave without saying a word.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
