John is a great guy who was extremely welcoming and helpful in putting me in the right direction to get my Lycamobile phone set up, finding the best and closest shop to get my materials organised for my study course, telling me about he Palacio Galveais library where I could study before the course started. He is very friendly and he has loads of friends whom you will no doubt meet, the delightful young couple from Porto with whom we all had breakfast on the balcony was a very special shared moment. He is always available if you need anything. The apartment is superb. Strongly recommend staying here.
