I have a fully furnished apartment close to the airport in Lisbon. Available for 1 or 2 females. There is a park next door and 2 bus routes. Stores are convenient. Beach is less than 1 hour by bus. Apartment was fully renovated 5 years ago. Breakfast is included with your stay but you need let me know in advance what is on your menu. And if you are a early riser maybe you can cook your goodies before heading out. If you plan to stay here for more than a week the boss will let you stay for 2 euros less than the advertised list. I am here to assist you and I speak their lingo in case you need some help. Currently I am waiting on a job with the European Commission external expert and completing the gauntlet for my project overseas. Longterm guests may see my occasional absence - in case of party kindly find the crazy glue in the drawer on your left. The neighbors dont bite but we are on the ground floor so pls lock windows. In summer we have a natural air conditioning effect here and in winter there is electric heat. Hot water is available all year round. There is a ladder in the balcony for those who wana jump down onto the back yard to tan without having to walk around the building to get back in.
Guest rule #1 - the homeowner does mop the floor but you are responsible to make your bed and change sheets as often as you like
Guest rule #2 - the homeowner is not a oriental laundrymat- therefore is only obligated to show you how to turn on the washing machine; guests are obligated to load and hang own laundry and bedsheets in their spare time
Guest rule #3 - the kitchen is a c0-0p opportunity; guests are encouraged to raid the fridge at any time and also plan their at-home meals but not required to recruit the homeowner as resident dishpig
Guest rule #4 - lock your room when not home - if you need a house key there is a 20 euro - no check pls - refundable deposit ( thats more than the cost of making your own key which is not alowed).
Free entertainment here- guests are encouraged to throe rice out the kitchen window to feed the flock of finches. There are about 50+ birdies that come to feed here. If throwing bread crumbs out pls make bite size pieces - they are quite tiny birds and cant handle heavy payloads to the nest.
Please tote - this is my private residence. Unregistered visitors are no allowed to fall asleep or wander around the apartment.

About the Area
Costa about $6 by taxi from airport. Surrounded by a park with buses to local malls and gyms and small shops. Or ride to bigger malls on either side of the other route. Also close to subway. Walk to airport carrying luggage or here is about 10 minutes max

House Rules
Single females preferred but not essential. Host is 4:20 friendly. Meals are easy to make in our luxurious fully equipped kitchen. However we do not have a full-time dishwasher and although there is ensuite laundry, like most places here the drier is a hook line outside the window. Cooking and washing is free here.

Fernando est un hôte gentil, prévenant, qui fait son maximum pour rendre le séjour agréable. J'y retournerai avec plaisir. Son logement est au calme, près de l'aéroport et tout prés de la station d'où on peut partir de partout à Lisbonne et aux alentours. Parfait donc. Je le recommande vivement

I only stayed for a few hours with Fernando as I was catching a few hours sleep and a shower between flights. Fernando prepared me a snack and breakfast, even though I left before 5.00 a.m!
He was a very kind and courteous host. His flat is very close to the airport.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
