The house where I live is 3 m away from the beach of Porto, European city most quoted internationally by tourist offers you have. This home is next to the beach and also the metro station (in front). The room rent is completely independent and offers bed and bath. Hello is the studio by the sea in Matosinhos and Also by the METRO station, just 20 meters from it and 3 minutes walk to the beach. It is very nice an eight floor. No it does not has a kitchen but I have a one dish to cook and a refrigerator. It is a very nice and warm room and bathroom totaly independent from my house. It has wireless internet and up to 50 euros expenses included. I hope this is enough information for you, I live by the sea, my house is a flat, duplex, and I divided from upstairs downstairs with two doors que remain closed because upstairs is independent and has an independent entrance to the elevator.I live on the 7th floor and I rent que 8th floor has a room, an entrance hall and a complete bathroom. The building is just outside the subway station que takes you quickly to the center It has Also the good thing That It is by the beach, a good surfing beach at Porto where there are various schools of surf, many restaurants also. I can Provide a place in the garage to put a bicycle.

Contacts with owner of sms are done by phone. I might need to clean upstairs and advise by sms to say the team. No noise please! this building is not very well isolated and there is noise 30 families live in the building!

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
