Subúrbio tranquilo e arborizado perto do centro da cidade de Brisbane.
Vivemos em uma casa de 6 quartos com muitas características interessantes como um grande deck com vista para palmeiras, onde você pode relaxar e ouvir os pássaros tropicais. Inglês, francês e espanhol são as três línguas faladas em casa.
O rio está muito próximo e oferece algumas trilhas agradáveis para caminhada/ciclismo. Você pode caminhar até a Universidade de Queensland.
De ônibus leva 30 minutos para chegar a South Bank em Brisbane, onde você pode nadar, desfrutar de uma refeição, visitar o centro de arte, ir ao cinema, etc...
Também temos alguns restaurantes no fim da rua, bem como um food truck às sextas e sábados.

Nossa casa está localizada no lado sul de Brisbane em um subúrbio tranquilo e seguro chamado Yeronga. A Universidade de Queensland é de apenas 3 km de distância do local onde vivemos.
Estamos a 500 m do rio Brisbane, a 5 km do centro da cidade ea cerca de 50 minutos de carro do aeroporto.
O ponto de ônibus fica a apenas no final da nossa rua. A estação ferroviária está a apenas 5 minutos de carro do nosso lugar.

It was the best experience. isabelle and her friendly family took care of us who had just arrived in Australia. By the time we left, it was a shame that we could only stay at her house for a week. The detached room is very spacious and perfectly furnished. There was also a separate kitchen and a large refrigerator for us. Now I've moved to another house, but I've never used furniture as big as an isabelle house by myself. While talking with isabelle's family, the English-speaking environment was also very nice. I love talking to isabelle and her husband! It was only a week ago that we stayed at her house, but she still keeps in touch from time to time. She and her family cherish ties and take care of people with all their heart. If you want to experience being a part of a warm family in Australia, I recommend this homestay.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil, famille agréable et a l'écoute. A 15 min en voiture du centre de Brisbane, très bien desservie. Je recommande fortement.

I am deeply grateful to Isabell and her family, each of them gave me very beautiful moments that have made my first months in Brisbane very special. I learned a lot from them!
If you are worried about the fact that the bathroom is a little separated from the room, I would encourage you not to give too much importance to it, you get used to it and everything is fine, this room is super spacious, surrounded by nature in a very nice area of Yeronga, simply amazing.
You will also have a kitchen practically to yourself.
Highly recommended! I regret not having booked the room for much longer, I would not hesitate to come back!

The stay was very nice. Isabelle and her family were very nice hosts! Gets a bit chilly on some days in winter, so pack some warm clothes if you’re visiting then!

Not bad. I stayed here only two days, and the elderly Irish guy is very friendly :') All of equipment is useful and very organised. One thing I would say, the house is bit far away from their house, so mostly u don't communicate with host family. However the house was surrounded by natural garden, so definitely you should relax here.

The garden view bedroom is separate from the house. It is about 20 meters away the house entrance. Each time the guest goes to the bathroom and toilets in the main part of the house it is possible to communicate with the family.

Isabelle and her family were very kind and made me feel welcome. They were flexible with my requests. If you are looking for a homestay, I recommend staying at here.

Isabelle and her family are lovely! I felt so welcomed by them and the place itself is very clean and spacious. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but not too far from anything. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Brisbane area :)

Isabelle and her family were very welcoming and open. The room is right next to the house, which gives you a view from your bed directly onto the jungle-like garden. I enjoyed my stay a lot :)
