Hi, I live in a great location in Mosman, 5 minutes walk to village with cafes and shops, and 15-20 minutes walk to Mosman Bay Ferry, Cremorne Point Walk, and Balmoral Beach.
The unit is a 2 bedroom art deco unit, light filled, with an eat-in kitchen, a separate lounge room, a shared bathroom and street parking. It is on the upper floor. There is a large shared backyard with the 3 other units. I have a friendly cat that everyone loves.
The room has a king single bed with a bedside table and lamp. It also has a desk, monitor and chair, ideal for students. There is a built in robe. Room rate includes internet and electricity.
I work in insurance, mostly from home. I enjoy seeing friends and family and have a few hobbies like pottery and swing dancing. I like to eat healthily and enjoy the outdoors. I'm a christian and involved in a christian community. I like to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy, and enjoy a chat with flatmates when we are both around.

Perfect home to rest after long days exploring Sydney. The room is quiet with a comfortable bed. The flat is clean and tidy, well located in Mosman, close to bus stops (bus 100 goes to Sydney CBD). Janet is a nice and flexible host, I highly recommend.

Landed really late at night and found a nice place to stay, super nice and clean. Janet made me feel like home and showed me around the area the best spot for a brekky and good walks.
Highly recommend for house and location.

Had a great time staying with Janet at her lovely house. Everything was clean and tidy. Janet is a great host, very kind and helpful. Good location, nice room and the cutest cat :) Would definitely come back here! (Noa Splinter)

My stay at Janet's place was absolutely great. The place is real nice and clean and everything looks how it is in the photos. Janet was real nice as well. The place is in a really great location too as a 5 min walk way from military rd which was plenty of nice shops and cafes. 15 min walk to the Mosman Bay Wharf to catch the ferry into the city. Have no hesitations in staying here again when I'm back in Sydney.
