Are home is just located of the Malahide Road in a quiet area.
There area is called ard na greine its a mature neighbourhood.
We are close to a lot amenities and supermarkets and a short walk to a choice of bus routes that would go all over Dublin.

We very close to Malahide and Howth which has a lot of restaurants cafes bars.
Plus very close to DCU College and also close to Dublin city centre.

No smoking in the apartment but can smoke outside and no pets. We live in a quiet neighbourhood so we expect that all guests will be respectful to the property and the neighbourhood this is our family home.
And the guests must keep the studio apartment clean at all times.
Check in time 3 pm check out 12am.

The stay at Niall's house has been excellent. He is very helpful, he always helped us and the neighborhood is very quiet. The room has total privacy and is fully equipped! Beautiful place to stay!

I stayed there for seven weeks.
I found the accomodation pretty comfortable.
Niall was always very friendly and reliable.

It was a really good experience staying here. Niall and his family were very nice and helpful.
The home had everything you needed. It is located conveniently near the motorway and about a 10 to 15 min walk to the nearest bus stop where the bus takes you directly into the heart of Dublin.Julho 2017

I've been here a week, as soon as I arrived Naill's wife was very welcoming, she showed me the apartment and also how to get to the nearest bus stop, not only, she also advised me which bus to take. All the time spent there was amazing. The apartment is extremely nice and comfortable.
I recommend it to everybody.
