We live 13 km from city center in the beautiful village of Lucan where the river liffey runs through.Beautiful park right across the road .We live in a two bedroom apartment. The guest bedroom is very large with all you could need for your stay.Full use of kitchen. It takes 15 -20 minutes by bus to travel to the city centre and the bus stop is a couple of minutes walk away from my house. We have a very regular bus service.Lucan village is ten minutes walk away with lots of cafes restaurants and pubs.There are beautiful walks along the weir at the Liffey and Saint Catherine's Park .Time from the airport is ten minutes by taxi or about 15 minutes on the Hopper bus . Liffey valley shopping centre is a 10 min walk away with shops restraunts and cinema. Room looks out onto road . Bus stop right outside the house to Maynooth College. 15 minute bus journey. (Smoking allowed outside only )Table and Chair for study purposes in the room free WiFi.

Rule is clean up after yourself ie cooking and please clean bathroom after use.When going out always lock up the house ..Treat our home like you would your own and we will all get on fine and will enjoy each others company .Relax and enjoy your stay. Will also need to see email confirmation from Homestay of your booking .Smoking is allowed outside. Pay on arrival.

They are incredible! Never receive so good reception like they do to me. The place is perfect, not just the bedroom but also the location is perfect, you can take more than 1 bus to go downtown. I hope the bedroom be available when I come back

The stay with Paula, Peter and their little dog Sam was great, always lovely and willing to help and advise you, they were like a family to us, they make you feel at home. The experience was great, as we moved to Dublin and everything exceeded expectations, we will always be grateful to them for the treatment we received.

P&P's place is absolutely fantastic! We could not recommend it more highly. If you are looking for a lovely place to stay in Dublin then this is a perfect choice. The house is very modern and stylish, immaculately clean, cosy and warm and only 20 minutes by bus to the center or 10 minutes to the airport by taxi! Pete and Paula are amazing hosts and wonderful human beings! We had so many laughs with them and felt like we were staying with family and friends not strangers. We slept so well that I actually overslept my alarm twice, so that tells you how comfortable the room and bed are! We will definitely be returning on our next trip to this beautiful city. If I could give 100 stars I would!

It was brilliant! I didn't even want to leave. I can definitely recommend them! They are both very kind and hospitable. It felt like having a second home. Moreover, the location is great, very close to Dublin. Thanks a million!

Fantastic just what we needed and for sensible money considering there was a concert on in Dublin to which most places put their prices up. Would definitely stay again if available

We stayed 3 nights with Paula. We felt really comfortable and Paula was really lovely. We had a great time together. Thank you for sharing your cozy home with us! We have a second family in Dublin so :-)

I couldn’t give Paula and Pete a better review than this one: I enjoyed the stay with them so much that I scheduled another night with them on my way back through Dublin! They are friendly, affectionate, welcoming, warm, and so attentive to their guests. I ended up, unfortunately, being a rather troublesome guest due to several issues with transportation (through no fault of my own) but they went far beyond what I could have asked and helped me out even when it cost them time and effort. Their room is lovely and large, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and transit to town is just an easy one-step process on the bus. I can only hope that the next time I’m in Dublin, they will still be doing home stays!
