I'm very friendly and helpful and on arrival I bring guests to the supermarket to stock up on food. I also collect them from the bus and bring them to the bus when leaving .

Modern four bed family home just a 5 minute walk from Lucan village and only a 3 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. We live in the old part of Lucan which is mature and quiet.
We are a 30 minute bus journey to Dublin city centre and Trinity college .
We are a 25 minute bus journey to Maynooth college. A Leap Card for travel is advisable .
We live ten minutes from the airport .
We are a very friendly family and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable.
We love the outdoors. Hobbies include golf, swimming and hill walking. We also love reading and learning foreign languages.
We have a very large bright spacious south facing kitchen and a lovely patio area and secluded garden. Guests are allowed to use the kitchen to cook their meals at agreed times. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets close by .
We have a small TV room for guest use. There are two bathrooms , the upstairs bathroom has a bath and a shower which is shared with a maximum of four people including hosts.
WiFi is included in the rent. Electricity and Heating ( Gas) will be paid separately .
Our house is situated in a very quiet cul de sac with a large green in the middle.
Nearby Lucan village is very picturesque and has a good selection of bars and restaurants. There are also some amazing walks nearby.
While guests are not allowed smoke in the house , they are allowed smoke on the patio .

Our house is located in Lucan , in a quiet cul de sac facing a green area, in a very safe estate . The nearest bus stop is a three minute walk away and there are lots of bus options using this stop mainly C3 C4. The city centre of Dublin and Trinity College are just 30 minutes away by bus at rush hour. Maynooth college is 25 minutes away by bus. The Airport is ten minutes by car / taxi.Lucan village has nice café's and bars and is just a five minute stroll away

It was great staying at Renee's house. She was welcoming and helped me a lot. Also, the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful.

I‘ve had the best time living with Renee and Frank in the past 9 months. They've helped me a lot in adapting myself to a new country, a new life and a new culture. I've also met their lovely dog, two great daughters, and had fun with the whole family on several occasions.
My room is cozy and nice, and all the facilities are good. Even though sometimes there might be problems, Renee always responds and solve them as soon as possible.
Lucan Village is a nice location blessed with great scenery that you can basically explore every day. Thanks to the close proximity and easy access to buses, it's very easy and also not too long to get to downtown Dublin.
I would like also to say Thank You for the precious time and moments we shared during the COVID-19 lockdown. I will always treasure the memories and miss my time with the family and in Lucan.

Renee's house is charming and clean. Renee and Franck are nice hosts but I would have liked more dialogue and exchanges with them as well as more flexible rules in the house.

Renee et Franck sont de supers hôtes, j'appréhendais grandement mon voyage loin de ma famille et de mes habitudes, mais rester chez eux c'était presque comme avoir un deuxième chez soi et une deuxième famille. Ils sont très arrangeant, aident dès qu'ils le peuvent, ils sont très chaleureux et compréhensifs, de très bons conseils, amicaux, je recommenderai 100 fois leur maison pour un séjour. J'etais avec eux aussi naturelle et à l'aise que dans ma propre maison, ce sont des personnes très attachantes, tout ceci m'a amplement montré que mes craintes n'etaient pas réelles et surtout qu'il est possible de rencontrer des personnes aussi accueillantes ! La maison se situe à 15min en bus de Maynooth et 30 de Dublin, il est donc très facile de se promener dans les environs car l'arrêt de bus se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds de la maison.
La maison est bien située, calme et très bien agencée, les chambres y sont particulièrement grandes.
