This building is for the guest who made a reservation through homestay.
•I may not cope with urgent business because it is not a hotel.
•Shopping,transportation, the telephone communication, please support in own.
•There is no custody service of the baggage.
•Check-in 09:00- any time
•Check-out 15:00
・Check-in after 20:00 may not be able to attend.
•Only the number of people applied for is available.
•In the case of the use more than the application number of people, it is charged of 5,000 yen a day per person.
•For security, I will have the photocopy the passport of all the guests.
•It is necessary to leave on the same day when a guest is judged with a terrorist organization, Mafia tissue.
I cannot refund it on this occasion.
•When it is clear that a guest is infected with an epidemic, I may have the guest  leave.
•Turn off the the flame on the gas range after cooking in the kitchen.
•When going out, turn off the light and the refrigerator.
•When you used a bathroom, remove dirts with a sponge.
•Bathroom is not a restroom.
•The restroom cannot carry away food wast,garbage orsanitary products.
•Manage the valuables in own. About the theft,loss,damage of valuables,I do not take responsibility about it.
•Prohibited to be noisy late at night.(after 22:00 Japan time)
•When praying,please avoid leaking noise outside.
•The going to bed is admitted in a private room.Getting sleep in the living room is prohibition for other guests.
・When going out please turn off the air conditioner and lighting.
•When I suffer damage by the intentional fault of the guest, I demand compensation for damages from a guest along a rule of homestay.
