The apartment has a single bed in the bedroom that sleeps one person and a full sized pull out futon in the living room that sleeps 2 people. We also have an air bed available if needed for a 4th guest.
There is a 50 inch smart TV in the bedroom & living room with Netflix and other streaming apps for your enjoyment.
The modern kitchen has maple cupboards and is equipped with state of the art appliances and kitchen supplies.
The entire house has central heating and air conditioning and there are fans available as well.
A clean linen set, towel set, a few essential toiletries, coffee, tea, creamer and sugar are provided to guest(s).
The host will be available daily by text, email or cell phone and periodically in person if the guest(s) need anything.
The cleaning fee listed of $115 is a move out clean up fee for minimum stays and up to three weeks that must be paid in cash on arrival.
The house stands amidst a tree-lined block in a uniquely diverse neighbourhood, embracing people from various nationalities, races and religious beliefs. It is located 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Brooklyn Museum of Art, Prospect Park Zoo and the Brooklyn Public Library; 15 minutes by subway to Barclays Center, Atlantic Center Terminal and Atlantic Center Mall; Twenty minutes by Subway to the South Street Seaport and Freedom Tower in Manhattan.
The house is within 5 minutes to all conveniences; 2 minutes to underground subway system (2 & 5 trains) and public bus transportation (M 41 Bus), grocery stores, restaurants, banks, post office, houses of worship, Laundromat, pharmacy and medical facilities.

A security deposit is required on arrival and payable in cash of $300.00 for minimum stays and up to three weeks. The security deposit for longer stays of 30 days or more is determined upon length of stay and will be provided upon inquiry. There will be a late check-in fee of $30 for Guest arriving after 9:00pm.
The cleaning fee listed of $125 is a move out clean up fee for minimum stays and up to three weeks that must be paid in cash on arrival.
No pets and absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in the room or the entire apartment. So if you are a smoker then this accommodation is not for you.
No additional or overnight guest with out clearance.
No parties or loud noises to disturb other guest or the neighbors.
The kitchen must be kept clean, no dirty dishes left in sink when checked out.

Maison trés grande et jolie. Notre chambre était tout à fait conforme à la description : Grande et belle chambre de grands lits ( un peu durs mais ok, n'hésitez pas à redemander des couvertures car elles sont très fines!); rue très calme la nuit. Il est vrai que de retrouver la quiétude de cette rue après nos journées à manathan était très appréciable. La maison est à deux pas du métro 2 qui dessert les principaux sites touristiques de New York. Très pratique. Le seul bémol : une salle de bain commune aux trois chambres louées ( ça peut vite être galère pour 10 personnes...). Nous avons eu la chance de tomber avec une famille de 4 ( nous étions 4 aussi)!Et un jeune homme (seul)!très respectueux des temps d'occupation de la douche, idem pour la salle à manger faite pour 6! Autre petit bémol, nous qui avons un peu pratiqué les bed and breakfast, nous n'avons pas trouvé l'accueil très chaleureux. Peu d'échange avec les hôtes qui habitent au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée. On ne fait que les croiser. Sentiment presque de les déranger. Heureusement que les autres vacanciers étaient sympa car cette grande maison peut paraître un peu triste Et froide. Mais elle reste un très très bon rapport qualité prix!

Bad beds.
No space in the refrigerator for food.

Good location,nice family,comfortable room.
We had so so nice American daily life with them and there.
Other homestay people were so kind,too.
We want to stay her house next time,too.

Muy bien la ubicacion y muy tranquilo cuando regrese a Nuava York. Me alojare hay.
Muy bien todo pero no estaba muy clara la negociacion inicial ya que me cobro 50 USD. Opte por pagarlos ya que no tenia otra alternativa de buscar alojamiento. Esa fue mi incorfomidad. El cuarto y la casa muy bonitos caroline muy amable es una casa muy tranquila y en los alrededores consigues todo. Gracias.Host reply

I had a great time, my parents had a great time, location very convenient and very close from subway. Safe area, great place, clean, quiet and comfortable.
It would have been perfect if more contacts with the owner ( Caroline ) I highly recommend her place.
