  We would most definitely not recommend this guest to any other prospective hosts and in fact would warn against taking any booking other than fully pre paid.
  We accepted a booking several months ago after Homestay deposit was paid.
  As always, we contacted the guest one week before arrival seeking an approximate arrival time and instructions regarding possible airport pick up but received no response. Over the next 3 days we sent a further 4 messages via Homestay, direct email and Whatsapp all to no avail.
  Guest was a no show on due date.
  Apart from showing a total lack of consideration for anyone but himself and a complete lack of common courtesy his actions impacted on others apart from ourselves.
  We blocked all our calendars when we received the original booking so not only did we forgo the income (a minor amount) but more importantly his actions prevented us from hosting and assisting other more genuine travelers.
  Once again, accept bookings from these discourteous people at your own risk.
