  Pavel and his wife booked very late in the night and arrived at 11.30pm, which is beyond my cut off check in time. They could not book into a hotel or find any other accommodation in with a host at such a late hour so I accepted their request.
  Understanding the predicament they were in and despite showing an enormous amount of good will by bailing them out and accommodating them so late in the night, waking up at 5.30am the next morning to see them off and also helping them plan their journey to Gatwick airport, Pavel and his wife were non responsive when I tried to make conversation on their arrival, showed no appreciation and infact were very cold in their approach during their stay.
