We have 4 rooms and 1 studio apartment! Two rooms offer double beds; two rooms offer a single bed.
There's a shared TV lounge available. FREE WIFI is included!!! Great Breakfast is also included! Free parking on the street. A seating area is available in the air-conditioned cozy rooms at the San Sabastian B&B. Nice bathrooms provide a shower with hot water, fresh white towels and Castilla soap.

We serve breakfast every morning from 7:30 am to 9:30 am, we usually ask what time is better for the guests. Then we will be available by 5:00 pm -9:00pm or so, during the week days. We will be in the Bed & Breakfast most of the weekends. There are city tours and architectural tours available. Guests can always call to the mobile. We are happy to help.
Check in at 3:00 pm , Check out is at 12:00 pm regularly. Late Check in or Check out can be arranged. Our guests usually have keys to the property. English is our second language... Spanish is our primary, but yes! we are bilingual!

About the Area
Our house is located at the center of San Sebastian's Down Town. Near by places of interest are walking distance, quiet nice and secure. San Sebastian is a town near the west coast of the Island, just 25 or 30 minutes away from beautiful beaches. Nice well kept and clean it has a great cultural offer on the budget; 3 free admittance wonderful museums, only 2 minutes' walk from our facilities to San Sebastian's Historical Museums, Historical Archives, Antique Church building and nice square plazas with cafes, stores and relaxing fountains, all free admittance and free WIFI on the plazas.
Only 15 minutes away form Shopping Center, Agriculture Museum Hacienda la Fe, $10.00 - 4 lines-Zip line, $5.00-Rock Climbing, free admittance trails, hanging bridge, tennis courts, playgrounds and Skate Park. Tours available.
Gozalandia Waterfall is amazing!!!!, look it up! Only 15 minutes' and Bosque Estatal De Guajataca is 18 minutes' drive away. Eugenio María de Hostos Aguadilla Ramey Airport only 32 km from the property.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
