Ocean front suite with two terraces , one directly on the ocean. Three story townhouse with entire 3rd floor ready for you to enjoy! Pool, 2 bikes, garden and terrace . Parking space out front. San Juan and airport 45 minutes away.
Bike trails, snorkeling, diving, horseback riding, jogging and mountain bike trails and exotic beaches to explore nearby. Mountains 20 minutes away. Restaurants, bars, gym, shopping and banks close by.
Vega Baja is a special place with a historic Spanish Colonial town and incredible beaches not yet discovered by lots of tourists!!

About the Area
My townhouse is located in Vega Baja directly on the ocean 10 minutes from the main highway PR 22 exit 42. About 40 minutes from San Juan and 50 minutes to the main airport. This area is rural but at the beach! Swimming, biking, running, diving, surfing,sailing,, tennis, golf and horseback riding are the things to do!!
Walmart, shopping, gym , movies , banks, hospitals are 10-15 minutes away.
Some small local bars and restaurants in the area with the Atlantico Casino for night time fun! Or drive up into the mountains which are 20 minutes away by car.
Or drive into Old San Juan or Condado beach and enjoy dinner at a fancy restaurant!!

Very low key and quiet. Not for spring break types! Perfect for corporate visitors or a writer!! No noise after midnight.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
