Great place with super convenient amenities. Definitely someone that you would feel more than safe staying in their home. Without any doubt you will feel like this place is a good choice.

Der Aufenthalt bei Christina war großartig und wir können das Homestay jederzeit empfehlen. Es ist eine ruhige und sichere Gegend. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man überall problemlos hin. Eine Bushaltestelle ist keine 100 m entfernt. Es gibt jegliche Geschäfte, Restaurants und Supermarkt in fußläufiger Umgebung. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist großzügig und herzlich, wir konnten uns Frühstück und Abendessen machen und den Kühlschrank nutzen. Sogar die Nutzung der Waschmaschine ist in Absprache bei längerem Aufenthalt möglich.
Es war sauber und wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten und ein privates Badezimmer. Danke nochmals für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir werden gern wiederkommen.

No siempre fue fácil compartir mis pensamientos con Sheila debido a mi pobre dominio del español, pero aún así me hicieron sentir parte de su familia, mientras que sus mascotas eran adorables y se portaban bien.

I had a fantastic stay. Jo is so welcoming and kind, and was really helpful when I asked questions about the area. Her home is clean, colorful and comfortable, and the floorplan makes it easy to have privacy. The bedroom was spacious and bright, and the toilet and shower/sink are separate, making it easy to share. Her lush balcony garden is truly an oasis in the busy city, and her kitties are so sweet!! Jo and I had some really nice chats and if I ever return to London I look forward to staying there again!

Kai was such a lovely host with a beautiful home! My partner and I were blown away by the kindness and openness we were greeted with. The stay itself was wonderful, and the location was fantastic--we walked to the shore every day, it was within walking distance to most everything we planned to do, and we never felt unsafe or scared walking back. Thanks for having us, and we're hoping all the best for you and those who stay with you in the future!

I had a fantastic time staying with Jennifer and her brother. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help or have a nice chat. The house was clean, cozy, and well-located, I felt at home right away. Thank you so much for your warmth and hospitality ! Staying at Suzanne’s place was an excellent choice. The apartment is located in Laurier, one of the best neighborhoods in Montreal. It's a quiet area with supermarkets, restaurants, and pastry shops all within walking distance.

The apartment is also very close to a bus stop, which was especially convenient for me as I needed to go daily to the university at Place des Armes.

The apartment is spacious, and the room receives plenty of natural light. The roommate is very quiet, and living with just one other person made space sharing easy and comfortable.

Overall, this apartment offers an ideal balance of quality and affordability. Suzanne has been consistently kind and helpful, which I truly appreciated.

Jeanne was a wonderful and loving host, she was very welcoming and she really made me feel at home. I loved the accomodation, her place is in a quiet street full of gardens and flowers, very close to public transport, so that you can get to the city centre in as little as 10 minutes (but you could also easily just walk: it is a very safe area). The bedroom was comfortable and spacious, with a nice desk near the window, and the shared kitchen had everything you might need. I absolutely suggest this homestay!

I had a wonderful four months staying with Ailish! She was always helpful and kind. She will make you feel truly included and most importantly, safe in her home. If you find her place and it's still available, you're incredibly lucky and I would advise you to book as soon as you can!

Verginia was very very friendly and accommodating. She even helped with my laundry as I needed. The room was nice on the top floor, the bathroom was new and clean. I could make coffee in the kitchen downstairs and a great coffee at "Luna" was nearby. Quiet area with a park & trees, not far from the city. The airport taxi cost 30euro but you probably can take bus if travelling light. I used bus 146 straight to few attractions like the City Gate, the Botanical Garden and Art Museums. I spent a month and a half at Kanako-san's house and would absolutely recommend it for long stays. The house is cozy and excellently equipped, and the host is incredibly kind and helpful. Nishigamo is a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist routes, but still close to beautiful temples and shrines worth exploring.
The area is well connected to downtown Kyoto by major bus lines, and Kanako also kindly lent me her bicycle, which made getting to the city center even easier on nice days.
This is the perfect place for travelers who love being close to nature but are equally interested in exploring city life. I had a wonderful time, felt truly welcomed, and I’m already hoping to come back one day!

I had a very nice stay, and I can’t thank her enough for the incredible hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel genuinely welcome and completely at ease. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of — from the immaculate room to the warm greetings and helpful suggestions throughout my stay.
What truly stood out was the kindness and personal touch. My host went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, whether it was helping with directions, offering local tips, or just checking in to see how my day was, the care and attentiveness were truly exceptional.

Kana war eine soooo tolle Gastmama, sie hat uns immer geholfen und Insider Tipps gegeben. Das Zimmer ist vergleichsweise zum Hotel in Nagoya groß bei Kana und sehr gut erreichbar gewesen mit der Oedo Line. Hoffentlich sehen wir uns bald wieder!

Great host and excellent location, everything is super close and very reliable as far as transports are concerned. It was a very pleasant staying, I'd highly recommend it to everyone who's up for some urban experience in that of Barcelona!

It was a great fortune to stay at Aimee & Wes’s lovely house!

I planned a family trip with my wife & sons (9&7 yo) and we tried to find a good city and host.
Finally, we’d chose SanDiego as our very first visiting place of U.S because of Aimee & Wes and it was the best choice ever!
At first, SanDiego is such a wonderful city!
We’ve visited so many great places during 8days such as SanDiego zoo, Coronado Beach, LEGO LAND California, Balboa Park, USS Midway Museum and La Jolla Cove!
All of them were super great and we can’t choose the only on best place.
Also, people in SD were full of kindness and warm hearts. We were able to get so many favor and comfortable feelings.

However, I think we could fully enjoy this great city because we stayed at this sweet home by Aimee & Wes.
The house was really good. There were cozy rooms, kitchen, dining room and beautiful back yard. We spent really comfortable time during the stay.
Aimee & Wes are the perfect host ever. Although it was the first time I went through this Homestay.com but I think I won’t meet a great hosts like them again.
They were so kind and generous to us. We really appreciate their warm hearts and kindness. We’re now missing them so much!

I stayed with Sachiko-san for my first time traveling to Japan, and I can wholeheartedly say that it elevated my experience and made an extremely pleasant two-week trip.

It's immediately obvious that Sachiko-san has been doing homestays for 10 years - her house, which is super charming, is very well organised for herself and her guests alike. The room I stayed in was clean and cozy, and I had no issues sharing the bathroom and shower room with the other guests. The house is also located around a 15 minute walk from the closest train station, where all of Tokyo will open up to you, and Sachiko-san will happily give you TONS of recommendations for local places to eat, shop and enjoy the sights. Sachiko-san herself is friendly, corteous and happy to help you enjoy yourself in her home and in Japan. If she's home and has the time, she will be happy to converse with you - I had tons of fun talking about all kinds of things with her, she's very easy to talk to. She became my Japanese mom away from home :) She's also a very good person to practice your Japanese with if that interests you - I feel like I really honed my conversation abilities chatting with her. She's a great teacher.

If you wish to immerse yourself in Japanese culture and have a home away from the hustle and bustle to relax while also having Tokyo at your fingertips, I highly recommend staying with Sachiko-san. It's affordable, comfortable and everything you could every want. I can't wait to come back :)

Yuko was the perfect host, always available and kind, ready to wiz you to the coolest places. I also loved my room, just like you see in the Japanese movies! I’m definitely going back there. Thanks again Yuko!!!

We really enjoyed our stay with Irene. She was very welcoming, offered us tea and coffee and also offered information about local amenities. The room and bathroom was clean. The location is quiet and close to the city centre. Shops are in walking distance. We would stay here again when we come back to Dublin.

I stayed there for 8 months and had a great experience. They were kind, helpful, and made me feel at home from the start. The room was comfortable, and I really appreciated their support and hospitality. I’m very thankful for my time there and would highly recommend this homestay!

I stayed with Jen and her lovely family for 3 months. They were so lovely and accommodating and I can't rate highly enough how the experience has been.

The house is beautiful with great facilities, in a lovely location with good transport links. The bedroom is large and spacious. The personal bathroom is on the same floor whilst Jen and her family have the floor upstairs which gives you privacy. I was able to use my bike which I locked in the outdoor garden house.

Anyone staying here will have a fabulous time. Thanks Jen!

Arley fue muy amable desde principio a fin. Nos aconsejó sobre lo que podíamos hacer en la ciudad. Por otro lado, tiene una casa muy linda y muy bien ubicada; con respecto a la habitación, ideal para parejas como nosotros.
Nos fuimos a toda prisa sin despedirnos como hubiéramos querido, así que aprovechamos para agradecerte mucho desde esta plataforma, Arley: sos encantador y muy atento.

Jenni est une femme passionnante, généreuse et très chaleureuse. Elle sait créer une atmosphère à la fois apaisante et vivante, où l’on se sent rapidement comme chez soi. Toujours à l’écoute, elle partage volontiers ses conseils et ses bonnes adresses, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus enrichissant. Sa cuisine est un vrai régal, préparée avec amour. Et que dire de son adorable chien Tavish, un compagnon doux et attachant qui contribue lui aussi à l’ambiance accueillante de la maison. Deux mois passés ici, et l’impression de faire partie d’une vraie famille. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Although I don't speak Japanese, the family was nice and very patient and tried to help me a lot. The room was beautiful and cozy. The breakfasts were delicious. I definitely recommend it.
