I stayed at Claire's with my mum and daughter and we loved every moment of our stay. We were so happy to get to know Claire and John. They are exceptionally kind and helpful.
Beautiful house and amazing view with birds singing around.
I cannot tell you enough how amazing our stay was.. I want to give more stars if I could. We would love to come back.

Nadia and her family are lovely people! It was a true home away from home experience. Communication with them was easy, and they always helped me with everything I needed :) The room was very nice, I had enough space for studying, and I also enjoyed delicious food from Nadia! Location of the homestay is great, the bus stop is just 2 minutes away and you can travel straight to UQ or to Brisbane city. I definitely recommend this homestay.

It was amazing staying with Nicky! I was there for a month, my first month in Australia, and it was just lovely. She was always very helpful and kind and I think we got along great! Also the dogs and the cats were so nice. I think I'm gonna miss the cats the most haha. The house and room were also excellent, very clean, very modern, no problems at all! Overall, I definetly recommend staying with Nicky if you are needing a place here in Brisbane!

I stayed for 7 nights. Lori is nice, friendly and helpful. The house looks amazing. The room is clean and tidy. It is good that I can use the kitchen every morning and night. Lori’s cat Bear is nice and cute too! It’s good time staying there!

I spent a week at Sue's house and this was a great week. Sue is always happy to help if you have any questions and this is very helpfull !
You will feel very nice at Sue's house, there is always a good atmosphere.
Finally, if you like dogs, there is two dogs who like to be pet a lot :)

Really enjoyed my stay at Mary Ann’s.
It’s well located. The room was clean and confortable. It’s a safe place to start a trip.
Mary ann is a really caring host, she has good tips and is very available.
I definitely will go back if I have the opportunity.

Yvonne and Andrew were such great hosts! Very welcoming/fun/interesting/well-traveled family, beautiful home and grounds. We were even gifted eggs from the chooks and honey from the bees! We could walk to parks, playgrounds, public transit, huge shopping center. Bonus that transit was only $.50 a ride anywhere/any zone! Couldn't recommend this homestay enough.

It’s a short stay at Loti’s but it’s one of the best time I had in Brisbane. Lori’s kind and helpful and her house is so clean. Everything you need is at reach. Highly recommend!

I had first booked 3 weeks at Mary Ann’s place while I looked for my own apartment. Mary Ann’s house, rooms, people were amazing.
But I must say the greatest thanks to Mary Ann. She helped me go through many complications and supported me in so many ways. Although I had to shorten my stay, I really loved staying at her place.

My stay with Mary Ann went really well.

I felt good, the room was big! a real small studio. Close to the city. She was pleasant, funny and gave me lots of advice. I would happily come back to her place! and listen to Celine Dion and Edith Piaf

c’était pour moi une première fois chez un hôte. Sue s’est montrée patiente avec mon anglais , bienveillante, toujours prête à m’apporter une aide ou un conseil. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour chez elle et je me suis sentie à l’aise comme chez moi. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir avec plaisir ! :)

If I could give more hearts, I would. Our time at Claire’s is what I hoped a home stay experience could be: a welcoming vibe, generosity in spirit, and an exchange of cultures. She and John engaged my boys in conversation and taught us how to make delicious food. We would love to show them the same hospitality back home. Thank you, Claire, John, and Yoshi for an amazing experience!

My stay with Sue was absolutely perfect. She was helpful even before I arrived, making sure I could get to her place with no hassle. The helpfulness continued once I arrived with her offering me information about Brisbane and the surrounding areas. She made my first 6 weeks in a new country feel as comfortable as possible. Her home is lovely and travel is easily accessible. I am so thankful she opened up her home to me and I can’t express my gratitude enough.

We had a very relaxed nice stay.
Christine is very lovely,thoughful and we had a wonderful time spending time with her.Her pets were soo cute,too.
I wish we could've stayed longer.

My stay here was peaceful. I didn't have any trouble staying here as I am a neat and tidy person and the host Mary Ann is spic-n-span with her home. Host is lovely, outgoing and friendly. I would definitely pick her homestay again! Thank you Mary Ann!

It was a quick booking but Lori took me in. I've never had so much fun for a long time. Lori is full of life, loving and genuinely cares for people. She's great to live with and the fur babies are just the best. Made a friend. Thankyou Lori ..much love x

Sue’s place was a great place for myself and my best friend to stay after moving to Brissy from NZ. We imported our 2 dogs and Sue was a kind host and allowed them to stay as well! Comfy bed and close to local transport :)

ottimo posto per fare le belle camminate e l'ospite molto gentile e disponibile tutto il tempo, la Christine la padrona di casa ha un grande cuore e sempre molto gentile e mi ha preso e poi portata indietro con la macchina e ha sempre riempito la buona frutta e la colazione per tutti gli ospiti. Quindi si raccommando a tutti. Mille grazie a Christine e i suoi cani e gatto per il gentile soggiorno.

Christina was such an amazing host,very nice and up for a good chat. Would definitely reccomend her home,it was very comfortable,tidy and peaceful. Her pups,cat and chicken are definitely a bonus as well!

I really enjoyed homestaying here. The house is specious and has everything you need. Sue took me to market, dancing and invited me to home party with her family. I was happy to have such wonderful experiences. Sue and her family are all kind and helped me a lot during my stay. She made my first days in Australia so precious and unforgettable.Thank you ;) I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in homestaying in Brisbane.

It was the best experience. isabelle and her friendly family took care of us who had just arrived in Australia. By the time we left, it was a shame that we could only stay at her house for a week. The detached room is very spacious and perfectly furnished. There was also a separate kitchen and a large refrigerator for us. Now I've moved to another house, but I've never used furniture as big as an isabelle house by myself. While talking with isabelle's family, the English-speaking environment was also very nice. I love talking to isabelle and her husband! It was only a week ago that we stayed at her house, but she still keeps in touch from time to time. She and her family cherish ties and take care of people with all their heart. If you want to experience being a part of a warm family in Australia, I recommend this homestay.
