Ayelet’s family was so kind. The house was beautiful and clean. I could be relaxed with them. I wanna recomend this house. Children are so lovely. I could make nice memories with them.

Joy and Owen were very kind, and we enjoyed having tea together and chatting in the evenings. Their home was absolutely wonderful, clean, and beautifully designed. It was the most amazing house I have ever seen.

I had an amazing trip, thanks to Jackie's enthusiasm. She thoughtfully introduced me to Melbourne and recommended the best places to visit. In our daily lives, we went shopping, dining, and exercising together. I felt very relaxed throughout these three months. I'm sure I'll visit her again next time I'm in Melbourne.

Joy and Owen's house is exquisitely antique and well maintained! Staying here is an enjoyable experience, with the lovely couple sharing stories about the house's history and the items in each room.
Breakfast is a treat, featuring toast, fruits, oats, and Vegemite! The location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk to Glen Huntly train station, with a half-hour journey to the downtown. Overall, it's been a delightful stay. I will strongly recommend for anyone with a plan for long term stay.

I stayed a couple of times in Joy’s and Owen’s home, that was a very quiet and relaxing place, you are just near the train station, so it’s easy to go in the city but you don’t have the noise and all the stress.
I enjoyed my stay and the conversations with Joy and Owen, they are very friendly and helpful. The time I spent there allowed me to prepare my trip in Australia in the best way.
I truly recommend this place, and even more if you like cooking, there is a full library of book that you could use !

Book this homestay and forget all your worries about accomodation. Bus stop right at the door step. Bus evert 5 mins to the train station. Walk to the train station in 12 mins if you want. Express train to city every 10 mins. Takes exactly 23 mins to southern cross. Laverton creek trail at 300 meters. If you are an enthusiastic walker/ jogger then can go all the way to the Altona beach. Very kind, supportive people who helped me a lot to settle into a new country.

Joy and Owen are a very welcoming family, just like their house, which is very clean and equipped with many amenities. The bedroom is very spacious, and there are 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen that allows all tenants to feel comfortable. They have invited me to dinner with them several times: they are both fantastic chefs. I hope to visit them again soon. The neighborhood is residential and peaceful, yet well-connected with a metro station and tram just a 5-minute walk away, as well as numerous shops of all kinds, restaurants, and bars.

Joy and Owen's place was the perfect home during my transition to Australia. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made me feel welcomed.

The homestay itself is cozy and located in a calm neighborhood that offers both tranquility and convenience. The room provided was comfortable and well-appointed. The common areas, including the kitchen and living room, were always clean and inviting, making it easy to relax and unwind. I especially enjoyed having Breakfast on the porch to the sound of rustling leaves and singing birds.

With easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities, I found it very convenient to navigate my way around to explore Melbourne or commute to University.

Joy and Owen were incredibly friendly and approachable, and always open to chat. They offered helpful tips and valuable insights into the Australian way of living.

I am very grateful for their hospitality and the opportunity to stay in their lovely home, and would recommend their homestay to anyone in search of a welcoming and comfortable place to call home during their time in Australia.

Sarah's house was a lovely house and I had a comfortable stay. Sarah's dog was also kind and friendly, and I had wonderful memories with Sarah and her dog.

Amazing few days! I had a beautiful time with Jackie, playing tennis and squash (my first time). She was making me feel as if I was one of yours. Arriving in Melbourne by myself was not easy. Jackie helped me and made me feel less homesick and stressed. I celebrated my birthday with his friends around a Barbie and an ax-throwing championship. I'll never forget. I would live with Jackie and her family a thousand times again! Thank you for all! She is the best homestay ever! Don't hesitate! :D

I stayed with Ayelet and her children for 4 months during my exchange semester in Melbourne. They are the most kind, welcoming family. If you are looking for a home away from home I would certainly recommend staying with them in their beautiful house.

During the time I was at Annie and her family's house, they are very kind, respectful, friendly and welcoming people, their two children are fun and they really like to play; They are always attentive so that you know the most striking places in Point Cook and the other suburbs of Melbourne. The food they prepare is very delicious. They make you feel like one of the family, it's like you have your family here.

Very nice spacious house, good location. Kind, caring and helpful, always there when someone needs help/tips. I would like to thank you for your hospitality and for the good time I spent with you.

I had a great time at Joy and Owen's house. They were always kind and helpful to me. Every time I came home they asked me what I had done that day and listened to my stories, which I enjoyed very much. All the food Joy cooked was delicious. The house and rooms were very beautiful and comfortable. The house is very close to the train, tram and bus stations and there is a supermarket nearby. I hope to see Joy and Owen again when I go back to Melbourne. I would highly recommend this family to anyone going to Melbourne. Joy and Owen are lovely people. Thank you for everything.

Joy and Owen are a very nice couple with quality space in a convenient neighbourhood. The cottage in the backyard where I stayed is especially cozy with a very good bed, plenty of closet space, and a large table to serve as a computer desk.

A lovely time during a long-term stay where both of them became friends rather than only hosts.

It was my first homestay and I am very happy to have found Joy and Owen. I was there for two months, felt very comfortable and can highly recommend a stay. Joy and Owen are great hosts, gave me a very warm welcome and were always helpful. I stayed first in the cottage room and then in the upstairs king bedroom, both were nice.  Because they have several guest rooms, you quickly can get in touch with other international guests, with whom you can have dinner or go on a trip together. I had an amazing time and am looking forward to seeing everyone again soon.

I had an amazing stay at Owen and Joy House ! The room was nice, the house is amazing and always full of people ! They always have great stories to tell especially about their past travels in France, I really loved discussing with them ! They gave me lots of advices on where to go and what to see in the city ! You can eat with all the other people on the evening (so that's perfect to pratice english and socialize) and owen's diner was always excellent ! At the moment the train station is under construction but it's still easy to go to the center ! I really felt like it was my second home, and I already miss it !

I had a really great stay at grace's house ! I when arrived directly from France she was really helping me to make my way out of the airport. She even offers me to meet me at the station or the airport (even though I was not in the right place LOL). The room is nice and the house is amazing ! Grace is adorable, she make me feel like a part of the family even though my stay was short. She took me to the restaurant and even offers me some rides to other places. She is always available and with good advices on what to do and where to go ! The house is not in the center but the area is really calm, so it's amazing and the beach is not far in bus.

It's a lovely antique house. Joy & Owen welcomed friendly and kind. I like to see them talking. They're so nice couple. Other hosts are also nice. You'll get to know people from different country if you stay here.
Glen Huntly is quiet place. It’s easy to go anywhere, also city isn't so far.
It was my first homestay. I was glad to stay here.
I stayed 2 rooms in upstairs and cottage. I really like both and felt so comfortable.
Especially I like spacious kitchen.
I highly recommend staying with them.
