Sheila is a great host. She takes great care of her guests. The accommodation is safe and very cozy. We talked almost every night and she helped me a lot to improve my English vocabulary. If I go back to Toronto I want to stay there again!

Living with Carolyn during my stay in Toronto was the best thing that could happened in my trip. Before the date she was very communicative and helped me with different options to get from the airport to her place. Since my arrival I felt like it was a home not just a place to stay. She was always taking care of me, many days shared her food with me. The bedroom was prepared with sheets and blankets, a desk, the closet was good sized, also bought me a hairdryer. She maintained the house and the room clean all weeks, also changing my sheets every 2 weeks. She also included the price of the laundry (I did my lauevery 2 weeks). I also met her family during Easter and they were so kind with me.

Maybe I am forgetting some of the uncountable things she did to make my stay so amazing. She made that my time in Toronto felt like home.
I assure that anyone would be blessed to know her and even more to stay with her.

Sandra is a truly warm and caring person, and she will help you if you ever have any problems. Her son is also a wonderful person, and their two dogs are friendly and adorable. The house was always clean and comfortable. It was a truly great experience.

Staying with Nadira for a month was honestly such a special experience. From the minute we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family—not just guests. She greeted us with the warmest smile and so much kindness, and throughout our entire stay, she was just amazing.

Nadira is one of those rare people who’s naturally caring and full of positive energy. She was always around to help if we needed anything, super easy to talk to, and just had this way of making everyone feel comfortable and at home. Whether it was sharing a meal, giving us great local tips, or just chatting and laughing together, she made every day feel welcoming.

What made it even more special was how great our whole family felt being around her and her family. There was such a lovely connection—it truly felt like we were staying with long-time family friends or even a real family member. The warmth, respect, and kindness went both ways, and we couldn’t have asked for a better environment.

Her home was cozy, clean, and had such a good vibe. It was the perfect space to relax and feel at ease—and that’s all thanks to her.

By the end of the month, it genuinely felt like we were leaving a family member behind. We’re so grateful to have met her and can’t recommend staying with Nadira enough. If you’re lucky enough to book with her, you’re in for a really lovely experience.

Maddie and Willy are so kind, helpful and always willing to share info on everything. They are warm, cordial, and treated me like a friend and relative during my stay. I enjoyed our conversation so much. Maddie gave me painkillers when I checked in with an headache, and even lent me her only pair of gloves on the unexpected snowy day and insisted that I kept them until my last day. She always bends her back over to help.

The private bathroom was so good and the queen bed was super comfortable. The location was a 10/10, with Davisville subway station right at the corner which is just a couple of mins’ walk.

This is a fabulous homestay and I would love to return in future. I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants a home to return to when away from family.

Great place to stay! The house is cozy, clean, and exactly as expected. The room is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with convenient access to transportation and shops nearby. Arnold is a great host—very responsive and always ready to help. I’m very satisfied with the rental and highly recommend it!

good stay at this home ..safe neighborhood , TTC bus 5 minutes walk even GO bus station is close for longer trips in GTA , Metro grocery store & lots more , food to order take outs , ATMS , TD & Scotia Bank , Shoppers drug mart and more all of this just easy 10 to 12 minutes minutes walk......... stay @ Lisa's home you are welcomed from the moment you step in the house if you staying longer you can use the kitchen she has big backyard her home is large and comfortable I had great conversations with Lisa she's down to earth person friendly , her tenants are friendly

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Tara's, not only was the guest area comfortable and well equipped but she is such a kind and friendly person. As a host I greatly appreciated the fact that she was happy to leave me to do my own thing, but was also open to chatting.

The area is extremely safe, I've lived in Toronto all my life and I'm quite familiar with the area.
I stayed at Tara's because I sold my condo and I'm in the process of moving. Her place is also a stone's throw away from bus stops ( which service different routes ) and the subway. There are also 3 major grocery stores on the way to the subway, a plethora of restaurants, clothing stores, a movie theatre and more. In fact, unless it's absolutely necessary for you to go downtown you can find everything you need just in that area or a short and easy subway ride to a large shopping mall which features all the major brands including Apple.

I would not hesitate at all to stay at Tara's again, and plan to do so should I end up moving out of the Toronto area. Oh, she also has a sweet little dog named Frankie who only barks to alert you that there is someone at the door, but beware the puppy dog eyes he will give you, you've been warned! LOL

The experience in Tanya's home was incredible. They are a warm, kind and generous family. I highly recommend this family if you're ever in Toronto. Thank you again for an unforgettable experience.

I spent 5 months with Mario. You feel at home from the very first day. Mario has a great energy and helps you with everything. We became very good friends and did a lot of things together. He knows Toronto very well and can give you valuable tips. The house is very clean and well equipped. My time in Canada would only have been half as good without Mario.

I was allowed to live with the Mills for 2.5 months.
I was warmly welcomed into the family and had a lot of fun with the children.
Thanks to them, I enjoyed my arrival in a foreign country. They helped me with questions and problems.
Layla also often helped me with the cooking.
I am very grateful that they took me in like that.
And I wouldn't want to miss the time I spent with them.

I spent 4 months with this wonderful family.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and private.
The family is always attentive in case you need anything.
If you’re looking to feel at home and share your stay with people who make everything easier, this is the place for you.

It was a pleasant experience staying here. Danilo and his wife are wonderful hosts, they make you feel right at home when you are here. The room is comfortable - it has a wardrobe and desk/chair, kitchen is fully stocked with all required items, and other guests who are staying were friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonable accommodation.

Rhona has been a fantastic host! She was very helpful since the first day and also showed me around. She makes you really feel at home, and gave me many advice and support to settle in. Much appreciated. Highly recommended .

I had a wonderful stay at Rhona's place! She is an incredibly kind, attentive, and polite host who made sure everything was perfect during my visit. The accommodation had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the location is very convenient for getting around the city. I would definitely return in the future.

I stayed in Tatiana’s house for 4 months as an exchange student and it was an amazing experience. I felt at home from the start, the bedroom is really cosy and perfect to study with a beautiful view on the garden. Tatiana and her family were really welcoming and overall this experience will stay as one of the best of my life! Thank you Tatiana!

Living with Rhona was splendid, and I always felt safe, welcome, and comfortable — something very important to me. Rhona, as a person, is extremely kind and welcoming; she’s always there to help if you need it! She is such a lovely person! The bus stop is super accessible, just a 2-minute walk away. Honestly, I 100% recommend Rhona. I definitely come back next time

Apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the subway that takes you directly to the city center. The apartment is spacious and meets all your needs. Anita is very friendly and resolves any questions you may have from the very beginning. When I return to Toronto, I will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, very convenient location to grocery stores (No Frills, Dollarama & shoppers across the street) and hosts are very helpful and quick to answer your questions.

Rhona is a very kind and welcoming person. The house is small but clean and conveniently located on a major street, with easy and quick access to the 401. I will definitely stay at her place again on my next trip to Toronto.
