I can't say enough great things about my Homestay in West Vancouver with Anne. She is warm and welcoming, and truly enjoys getting to know her guests. Her home has stunning views of the ocean and Vancouver skyline. The bedroom is comfortable, cozy and very private. Anne helpfully recommended local cafes and restaurants and places to see- all very good. I will definitely stay there again!

Maria and John were lovely and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and was pleasantly surprised by extra snacks given to me during the stay. The place was kept very clean and Maria helped me with extra bits such as with post, shopping and any recommendations about the area and Vancouver. I really appreciate all their help and how they made me feel like I was at home. The room was kept very well and easy to store any clothes and extra bits. Breakfast was lovely and the facilities were great! Thank you to Maria, John and Vanessa for all your help and kindness!
I look forward to coming back soon!

Kailey was absolutely amazing. She is such a sweet person. We felt super comfortable and enjoyed our time there. The area is quiet but close to everything. Definitely would recommend her. The room is great, super cozy, with beautiful bedding and soft towels. The bathroom is also very nice. Thank you Kailey!

Cora was our first homestay in Canada. We felt at home and Cora was friendly. She was helpful with suggestions of places to see and answered our questions. She even obtained some road maps for us. Clean and comfortable accommodation. A few minutes to the local shops, eateries and bus and able to park on her drive. Recommended! Thanks Cora!

Kailey was a friendly and helpful host. The bed was very comfortable, the place, clean, attractive, affordable and in a very nice area. We'd certainly recommend Kailey's homestay.

This place, and these people are my home. I am so grateful to them for welcoming me warmly upon my arrival to Vancouver. The home is pristine with classy decor. We shared meals and good conversation when together, but are all independent adults with our own activities and downtime, making for a perfectly balanced atmosphere. If you are an independent person who enjoys a quiet, relaxing home space at the end of a long day, then this is the place for you.

Layton's home is a solid place to stay with close proximity to various stores, restaurants, a park for hiking, and public transport. The house itself is maintained well, making for a comfortable accommodation. And of course, Layton is a very welcoming host who has been very helpful for me in settling down in Burnaby.

My time with Michele was excellent. The apartment was great, pleasantly cool, especially on the warm days, which was very pleasant. It was super quiet and there are several beautiful parks nearby. It's not far to downtown and shopping is also close by.
Michele helped us with anything we wanted to know and was always very friendly. We can only recommend this accommodation.

Maria and John are the best! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at their place! They were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were always available for a friendly chat, yet also gave me plenty of privacy, striking the perfect balance. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, and their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I stayed with Giovanna and her family for over a year and I felt like part of the family! They were so welcoming and helped me with anything I needed! The room is comfortable and a good size! Bathroom always clean! They also have a cat that is super cute and friendly! Best Homestay ever!

I came to Vancouver from Germany for a few months, I had a nice stay with Quinn and Quinn as a landlord is also very friendly and nice and answers all questions that arise. The accommodation is close to a bus station and it is not so far for shopping. That's why it's quite easy to get to the city center, which is very pleasant

We are delighted to have Albina’s family taking care of Sylvia. Both Albina’s family and Sophie, Sylvia’s roommate are kind and thoughtful. Sylvia has wonderful experience in Coquitlam, her very first time in Canada.

We absolutely loved staying with Jill and would like to stay with her again if we visit Vancouver. The interior is modern and clean; it's renovated nicely. Also, the home is located close to the bus stop in a very convenient location. There is also free parking in the premise! Overall, great homestay : )

I had an amazing experience staying at Monica's and her family's place! They welcomed me like family and helped me discover Vancouver and Canada during the almost 6 months I stayed with them. I truly am grateful for them and hope we'll stay in touch. I'll miss you all, have a great summer!

We stayed 4 nights in the basement apartment of Michelle. She made us feel very welcome. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. We could also sit in the beatifull garden.
Michelle provided us with tea and good coffee. We could use the washing machine. I

Staying with Clarisse and Edward has been really lovely. I felt safe for the entirety of my stay and wish I could have stayed for longer. The room was comfortable and all other guests were very kind. I highly recommend staying here

John and maria were really nice , friendly and welcomed me with lots of love and warm heart. Best place! I have been in a long time, they do make a milestone marker for anyone to achieve. I loved the privacy they gave me and respected my space while making sure, that I felt home even when far from home. I would highly recommend my friends and family to them anytime, and this will be a second home for me in vancouver anytime I come up here. I had the pleasure of spending a week at Christina's place and I loved it! Christina is a wonderful hostess: very friendly, funny, helpful, and easy-going. Her place is soooo cozy, and the surrounding area is just beautiful. Her dogs are also super cute and added to the charm of my stay. If you are looking for a place to stay where you'll be well taken care of, look no further than Christina's place. Thank you, Christina, for making my first homestay experience a remarkable one! :)

What made this homestay truly special was the care and attention from the host. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay, from recommending local attractions to helping me with transportation.

Good location, the room is simple but enough for my short stay. Family is nice and flexible.

First time use this platform and appreciate host allow me to stay only a few days which normally 1 week plus, paid 10$ extra each day for short stay but still good price.
And He is straightforward and also nice to communicate with once you know him.

A few tips if you are new to Homestay and also get yourself prepared:
1. Read host rules carefully. be prepared to have some cash for deposit.
2. Check with host on arrival time, discuss anything if needed, especially if you arrive late in evening. Thanks Devin waiting around midnight.
3. Get clear on the normal routines during stay

Will consider again if visit Vancouver in the future

Estuvimos allí un par de semanas, y Dianne es genial , procurando ayudarte y orientarte siempre , una estancia muy agradable, además te ofrece un desayuno ligero que se agradece mucho, tostaditas, leche, café, té y cereales.

We stayed there for a couple of weeks, and Dianne is great , always trying to help and guide you , a very pleasant stay, she also offers you a light breakfast which is much appreciated, toast, milk, coffee, tea and cereals.

Cora was absolutely wonderful and helped me get settled since I had just arrived in Vancouver. She even invited me to a baby shower which was lovely. From my experience it can often be awkward living in someone else's space but with Cora it was like being friends. I can definitely recommend staying with her!
