My stay at Wendy's place was truly fantastic. Wendy is an outgoing and friendly person, incredibly kind and pleasant. Knowing that I was arriving on foot from the station, she offered to pick me up with her car. During my stay, she made every effort to ensure I was comfortable and at ease. The house is a beautifully restored farmhouse, tastefully and stylishly decorated, with many charming little objects and delightful scents. I also enjoyed the company of an extremely intelligent dog and a gorgeous cat. The surrounding nature is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

Caroline and her husband were very nice, they made me enjoy my stay in Manchester, they were very nice and friendly. Dinner were excellent, and the room tidy and clean. My vacancies were not lonely thanks to them.

If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful environment that's close to your essential stores and not too far away from the city centre, with accessible transport routes, then this place is a good pick. Kam is a considerate host, very helpful and easy to to talk to. He allowed me to stay longer than the initial because of my circumstance and I owe a lot of my great experience in Manchester to him. I highly reccommend choosing this option. The rates are a bargain if you consider the amazing living conditions, the locaction of the property and the overall living experience.

My stay was great.
Caroline and Franz are very welcoming, friendly, it was a great pleasure to meet them and spend time at their house.
In addition, I could met international students around my age, who were staying at the house, which enabled me to make new meet-ups, and have a wonderful time.
I was on holidays, and spent less than a week in Manchester, but it can be a great opportunity for people who wish to stay longer to make new friends along the west during their stay.
There are bus stops very close to the house, allowing to reach easily and quickly the city center.

I highly recommend staying there !

Wonderful stay. I cannot put into words the kindness of Nicole and her family. In addition to a good welcome, she took me to Old Trafford and told me at all times how to get around the city and was attentive to which bus or tram to take. Thank you for everything and you know that when you come to Spain, I will try to return the same kindness.

Nicola and her family were great. Did not stay with Nicola herself, but with her son. The room was quite big but cozy. They were very relaxed people who were all too happy to help. You could help yourself to tea in the kitchen and the home was in a great location for both public transport and walking distance to the city centre.

I would definitely stay again, thanks for having me.

The place is nice, quiet, clean and easy to get it. Not so far from the train station or downtown
For sure I´d return to the Nicola´s house.

May was very welcoming as a host and made sure I had everything I needed. She went out of her way to show me places in the area that would be useful to me, and she kept the accommodation tidy and warm throughout. This homestay is also very well located to get into the city of Manchester, and it only a few minutes walk from Media City.

Yes, It was actually a wonderful experience with Divine, she was like a sister to me, showed me way around Manchester and was always there to clear my confusions. She is quite friendly and neat. I enjoyed my stay with her

I absolutely loved my visit! The location is perfect and the house is so nice. The hosts are lovely and always had helpful tips and recommendations for places to visit. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again as soon as I can!

My stay at Kam's house was really good, the house is confortable and my room was good and spacious as well. Kam is very friendlly and helped me in everything that I needed, he worries about him's guests. Very thankfull that spent my days in Manchester at his house.

Very friendly host and she made sure I was comfortable and have everything I need. May pay a lot of attention to detail. Her food is amazing too! Very clean and cute room with the bed sheets on my preference of colour! Highly recommended.

The location was great and easily accessible. There are tram & bus stops nearby,also close to MediacityUk.
Very good facilities which includes Gym/Sauna, barbecue spot, courtyard garden area and a secure car parking space.

I enjoyed first stay in Manchester and Kam and this home highly contributed to it. All football fans will feel comfortable here because of the place of this house which is 20 min walk away from Old Trafford. Not only that but the friendly landlord, Kam keeps cleanliness of the house so much that I stayed there without feeling stressful. You have to cook by yourself but it does not matter to me who hoped to improve the cooking skill. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Manchester, I am sure I strongly recommend here. Thank you, Kam for being a part of unforgettable memories in Manchester.

Everything is perfect! Charles welcomed me very well with the traditional food in his country and
his kindness. The flat is very clean as you see in the pictures and it is comfortable to stay!

Shamila and Esa are such nice hosts. She made sure and clearly explained everything before arriving. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was so comfortable. During stay, she and her husband provided full support whenever needed. The place is 5 minutes far from Humphrey train station and 20 minutes by walk to metro link therefore commuting was so comfortable. The garden was so peaceful. It was an amazing two weeks. They provided a key to the door, and full use of all their facilities. It was no difference than my home. I learned a lot about different cultures and amazing Pakistani foods. They shared always their food. They are lovely people.
