It was a great fortune to stay at Aimee & Wes’s lovely house!

I planned a family trip with my wife & sons (9&7 yo) and we tried to find a good city and host.
Finally, we’d chose SanDiego as our very first visiting place of U.S because of Aimee & Wes and it was the best choice ever!
At first, SanDiego is such a wonderful city!
We’ve visited so many great places during 8days such as SanDiego zoo, Coronado Beach, LEGO LAND California, Balboa Park, USS Midway Museum and La Jolla Cove!
All of them were super great and we can’t choose the only on best place.
Also, people in SD were full of kindness and warm hearts. We were able to get so many favor and comfortable feelings.

However, I think we could fully enjoy this great city because we stayed at this sweet home by Aimee & Wes.
The house was really good. There were cozy rooms, kitchen, dining room and beautiful back yard. We spent really comfortable time during the stay.
Aimee & Wes are the perfect host ever. Although it was the first time I went through this Homestay.com but I think I won’t meet a great hosts like them again.
They were so kind and generous to us. We really appreciate their warm hearts and kindness. We’re now missing them so much!

I spent a summer semester in San Diego and had the pleasure of staying with Nancy and Tom during my time there. It was a truly wonderful experience. I felt super safe, comfortable, and completely at home from the very beginning. ^^

For the first part of my stay, I had the bathroom to myself until the person staying in the second room arrived. Everything went smoothly, and we got along really well!! :))
Nancy and Tom were always respectful of my space and privacy, but we also shared some lovely moments together — sometimes playing games in the evening with the other housemate.

Their home is about a 40-minute walk from the university, and I actually walked there every day. It’s a really nice and relaxed walk, which I actually enjoyed. a great way to start and end the day! :)

They made me feel like part of the family right away, and their home quickly became my home away from home. They were always open to talk and genuinely cared about how I was doing. I wholeheartedly recommend staying with them. It’s a warm, welcoming environment and I am so grateful I got to stay with them.

This homestay was better than hoped for! Aimee and Wes make you feel at home from the first until the last moment. They are very welcoming, kind and fun. Helpful where needed. The activities we did together, the talks, the opportunities they made possible, … made it all a great experience.
Also, their house is clean, spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is safe. San Diego is beautiful.
I would, without a doubt, go back and stay with them.

It was a stroke of luck finding Amiee and Wes home. Since the firts day, to the last one, they have been so kind. I never had a problem with them. Instead, they help me on everything I needed. I completly felt at home. The have a great home, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. If I came back to San Diego, definitely, I would be with them with any doubt.

Cheryl is an energetic and hospitable host; however, it is important to communicate with her, if you have questions or concerns about your stay. She can't help you unless you ask. She is particular about house rules and how she keeps her home, so if you would rather be in a place where you can do as you please, then this is not the home for you. The room is clean, furnished, quiet, and is professionally cleaned monthly.

Cheryl loves to garden, so if you appreciate fresh fruits and vegetables, she has a vast array of them growing in her backyard that she will share with you. There is also a farm stand about a five-minute walk from her home, if you enjoy buying local.

Finally, I would strongly recommend renting a vehicle while you are staying here because using rideshare services will become too expensive, and the public transportation system is limited.

It was a good choice. I found appreciation and respect as if I was among my family. Everything was better than I expected. The house is beautiful and Bernice is a professional host. I benefited a lot from her in learning the language in an excellent way and the advice and suggestions she gave me during my stay in her house, so many thanks to her.

First let me start by saying that I am a guy who has never lived in a house other than my family house. So I was hesitant to give it a go at first . But I am happy that I did .Let me tell you that I felt like home as soon as I got there. Ninette, Mike and Luke are the nicest, sweetest and the most engaging people I ever met. What I mean by that is that they are always friendly, caring and also they told me a lot of places to visit (coffee shops, malls, etc). Also they are honest and they are always fun to talk to . finally, I really enjoyed my stay with them.

This family will make you feel home from the first second. I stayed with them for four months and it was a main reason for why my time in San Diego was that special.
Aimee and Wes went out of their way to help with multiple issues (e.g. bureaucracy/car) and are just very nice people.
If you want to have a special experience and the blessings of a "family abroad", I 100% recommend staying with Aimee and Wes.
Also, the house and the rooms are so pretty and very clean. Thank you so much again!

Aimee and her family are amazing people. From the moment you enter their family they make you feel at home and this for me is the most important thing.

My friend and I stayed with Aimee and Wes for about five months while we studied at the SDSU for one semester. We had an awesome time in San Diego and the stay at Aimee's and Wes' place was one of the main reasons for it. We felt at home from our first day on and the Andersons were always welcoming and helpful in multiple situations. We got advice what to do in San Diego and California, how to deal with local bank and car issues, and had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day together. If your are looking for a place that is more than just an accommodation but a beautiful home, the best you could do is to choose this one! Aimee, Wes – thanks again! :)

My stay with Nancy and Tom was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. Tom and Nancy were such warm and welcoming hosts, and they made sure that I had everything I needed for a perfect stay. I will definitely be staying here again!

I had the best time living in San Diego. I couldnt have asked for better hosts. The house was clean, quiet, and everything I needed. Wes and Aimee were the perfect hosts. I will always cherish my memories living here.

Aimee and Wes are two lovely people. They did everything for us and helped us in every Situation. You feel like a real familiy member. The trip to San Diego was perfect and we are so thankful that we could stay in their house. We can recommend them.

Where should i start... first i stayed w aimee and Wes for 5 days. I was in sd for a few days before staying with them and Amiee invited me to come and meet them she was like "saeed i dont speak spanish but Mi casa su casa". I made a joke of giving them 4 stars rating but with all seriousness if i could give them more than 5 stars i would. Wes and Amiee were kind and helpful. Wes and Amiee will go above and beyond to help you & make you feel welcome. Tgey have a lovely house and they are lovely what else do you need. I can't recommend them enough.

Had a fantastic stay! The room is spacious, clean, has a modern design and features and a private bathroom. The bed is super comfy, a huge plus! It's located in a safe neighborhood and Brian's a really nice person. Would definitely recommend.

Wes and Aimee are the so friendly. They will help in each and every situation. I felt like I was staying in my home alone with my parents. The stay is like an heaven. Especially, the backyard where you can spend time with family. Aimee and Wes is enough rather. Don't think of taking a chance by thinking. You will book later. You will miss great memories. I am never gonna lose communication with Wes and Aimee

super family he was very caring for me, we never lack for anything, aimee and wes often bring cookies to please if you go to san diego this is the family for you! I put a note of 5/5 it was perfect!

Where to start. Wes and Aimee are just simply Amazing. They are very welcoming and helpful in whatever situation you are in. They are easy going and very understanding. During my stay, they always made me feel like I was a part of the family and not just a "guest". They took us on a Thanksgiving vacation where we enjoyed a few days together and played a lot of games and ate some amazing food (yeah Aimee is a great cook). They always invited me to their family activities and took me as a part of the family. Also, one of the best things about living with them is the fact that whenever you see or interact with them, they always approach you with a smile! I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to be in a home away from home. I truly believe that they are the best you can find here or on any other website!

I had an amazing stay here. Paul and Cheryl were extremely accommodating and greatly enhanced my experience in San Diego. They were very generous with their time to give me advice about things to do around town, buying groceries & gas, and getting around in the area. The house is in a nice spot and is very pretty and clean. I would easily recommend staying here to anyone looking for housing in this area.

I’m so glad with Judy to hosted me in San Diego. She’s a good person. Since the first day, she encouraged me to visit many places (the Zoo, the harbor, Balboa Park, the beach, …) and introduced me at the American culture. I have learned, not only English (it was my priority) but also about their activities, dishes, and common rules in the USA.

Aimee and Wes’s was truly a home away from home! The location is great and very safe, the home is quiet, and the room is very comfortable. I loved getting to know their sweet family while I was there and will hopefully return to visit in the future!
