Our house is in the beautiful countryside near Brasov (Kronstadt) city, Romania.
A horse riding center for adults and children waiting for you if you like.
During a light walk very close to our house there are plenty of wild animals to observe in their natural habitat: deer, rabbits, foxes, beavers a.s.o.
We are 14 km away from the city of Kronstadt (Brasov) where you can visit the already famous Black Church.
Plenty of medieval Castles to see and visit.
We have a medium-sized living room with an open space large kitchen.
A terrace with table tennis and a boxing bag on it so you can discharge your energy if you do not have the mood for walking or trekking :-)
We can show you or go together trekking/hiking in the mountains.

House Rules
Some house rule for everybody:
No loud noise after 11 pm.
No food or drinks in bedrooms.
No parties or events.
No smoking in the house.
No pets / Pets allowed. in the house.
Bathroom is equiped with general toiletiers, if you need special please bring with you.
Make your bed and clean up after yourself. Keep your bathroom clean: Wipe up any ring in the tub, shaving cream residue in the basin, hair on any object or surface, or dirt on soap.
Offer to help out, especially in the kitchen (unless your host objects).
Be adaptable. Be ready for anything—or for nothing.
Offer to pitch in for groceries if you are staying more than two or three nights.
Double check to make sure you have all your belongings before you leave.
Send a handwritten thank-you note following your visit.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
