Hi,
I am Thea,I graduated Photography &Design in Vienna,Austria,I live with my dog ,Suki,a 2 and a half year old Japanese Akita,I speak fluent English and German and of course,Romanian,the house has 3 apartments with a nice,shared,well equipped kitchen ,3 bathrooms in total ,a terrace and a shared backyard.The house is located in the historical center ,2 walking minutes to the main square and Black Church,has a Mountain View,and is near all the basic tourist attractions and restaurants,Cafésor,Bars and stores.Pets are welcome ,but it has to be discussed before.The flat has a washing machine,dryer,dishwasher and a maid comes for cleaning almost every day.If you are interested don’t hesitate to contact me.

About the Area
My house is located in the city center,walking minutes to all tourist attractions,it is very quiet,but lively at the same time,very safe and clean,fresh air ,has a Mountain View and it’s has an old historical vibe.

House Rules
Please no shoes inside the house,I have slippers for most sizes ,no smoking inside the room,only in designated spaces,no party’s allowed during the night,between 23:00-8:00 am keep it low please,at least during the week and Sunday’s.If you come with pets or children,please take care of them,unsupervised children or pets will be sold at the circus :-))

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
